Dear Ys C, Thank you for taking time to write this feedback. We sincerely apologize that we did not match your expectation of the Night Frog Hunting at Kubah National Park. Looking back at your booking reservation, our team missed your booking reservation through an OTA, that's why the delay in responding. However, we are currently upgrading our system so all future bookings will go straight into our calender and alert us to respond in a timely manner. We are also sorry that in our email correspondence, we did not reply you point by point to the 3 questions that you have specifically asked us. Our response was more general and did not addressed the issues you raised. We will try to make improvement with our email communication. Please note that we do not restrict the tour to only 3-4 species of frogs but it is very much depending on the luck of the night on how many species the ranger can spot during the 2.5-3 hours of night walk at the park, including the at the natural frog ponds and surrounding streams. Our frog ranger guides are expert in spotting amphibian species at night. So sorry that the guide concern did not convey the information to your group properly in English. We will take note of that although we appreciate that he is very friendly to guests with his hospitality. If you come back to Kuching again and would like to do the same tour again, we will give you a complementary tour with an alternative guide. Thank you once again for your feedback.
