Don’t waste your money. I purchased a ticket as I had three hours I needed to fill in at the airport. When I arrived I was told the lounge was already at capacity and I should come back at around 9pm. My flight was boarding at 10.30pm. Being told there was no room available, even though the lounge was happy to sell me a ticket was disappointing. It seems to me there is no control over the number of lounge tickets that are purchased. When I did finally get into the lounge I was very underwhelmed. It was crowded, untidy and the food choices were not great. The marketing for this lounge is much better that what you actually get.

My flight was cancelled and I decided to fly home late at night.
So we planned to use our time waiting for boarding to refresh ourselves.
I was healed physically and mentally by the hospitality of the staff and was able to spend a relaxing time.

We booked the plaza premium lounge klia2 from klook, it stated shower room is available.
We need the shower room as we wish to take a hot shower before get into our long distance journey flight.
However, when we arrived the lounge, the staff told us there is no shower room in the lounge, or maybe we can go to Aerotel (beside the lounge) to get a shower with cost MYR40.00!!!
That means, we need to pay extra MYR40.00 to get a hot shower, this really spoiled our beginning holiday mood!!!
We have no choice and pay extra money in order to get a shower before the long journey flight!!!!
In additional, food and beverage is not up to the standard but at least can feed my stomach full.
Toilet is not excellent standard.
Big room to improve!
Plaza premium lounge, we need an explanation and compensation regarding the shower room!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret to hear that your recent visit lounge experience was not met.
We regret to inform that shower facilities are not available at our lounge located at KLIA Terminal 2. This is stipulated in Klook - Package Details (subject to availability). Therefore, showers facilities are only available at the Hotel with a minimal fee of RM 40 per person per session.
The mentioned issue - washrooms shortcoming, we have taken note on and please be assured that the necessary corrective measures will be taken with urgency.

I couldn't find a suitable place to sit and relax. The lounge it's always crowded and the food options aren't good. Not worth to pay 35 USD for a bad service.

Probably because we were used to Malaysia Golden lounge in the past we were expecting high standards at the Plaza Premium Lounge.
We were in for a shock as the lounge was very busy, there were many uncleared tables, a serious lack of food availability and the staff members were indifferent.
The only saving grace was the terrific Chicken Rendang dish, which was the only meal that appeared to be available but to be honest it was delicious.

Over crowded. Does not feel premium at all. Dirty plates and cups uncollected. Food selection is very limited (nasi lemak, porridge, curry noodle, vegetarian noodle, toast). The only one that tasted good is curry noodle. Their flat white is not bad too.
We got in free using credit card but if we have to pay RM 100 per entry, we will definitely skip this.

Just a heads up….there is hardly any food available once you go through customs. You would think you are doing the right thing by heading to the slow customs queue as soon as possible. There is no indication you cannot really get food once you have gone through.

The place was a bit crowded during the early morning (breakfast time) and the food was okay - not much selection. But the shower was great!

Absolutely a waste of money. No real selection of food, only beer, coffee and a very small selection of cold drinks. The eating area is very small and doubles as the relaxation area too. Chairs are very uncomfortable ( we spent 5 hours trying to get comfortable) air conditioning either not working or set to 26deg C or so it felt. Can't believe it cost AUD101.00 per person. 😢 Never use this lounge again.

Absolutely horrendous. Tables dirty, people sleeping everywhere like zombies, no food being served. Impossible to believe with the 198RM charge. Pathetic place

I am flying in from London Heathrow to KLIA via Malaysian airlines. I then have a three hour stop over until my next flight to Sandakan via Malaysian airlines - is there anywhere I can book a massage for two people for an hour each in the terminal?
