登云顶必搭缆车
要上云顶高原，非常建议可以搭乘缆车上山，因为沿途不但可以饱览美丽的山景，重点是可以免去舟车劳顿之苦。购票时，可以到自动售票机自助购票，不但可以节省排队时间，而且免收人工窗口购票手续费。

山洞内供奉印度教神像
batu caves 坐落在马来西亚雪兰莪州，无论是国外的旅客都会到此处参访，外面有很多猴子，台阶有很多的颜色，从高处望下去，感觉人很渺小，印度节庆吸引不少的游客来，宗教融合，大家不妨来走走。赞赞赞

Great experience on the transfer from airport

A very good experience. Our driver Fausi texted via WhatsApp before we made it through immigration with the meeting place. He was very courteous and nice and spoke excellent English. On the 50 min or so drive to the city center Fausi provided tons of info on Malaysiaa's history, geography, culture and economy. I would recommend highly

Good transfer. Only one way

Communication via WhatsApp with Company and driver was really good.
Fast pick up outside the arrival hall. It was a comfortable and big car with air conditioning. The driver was really nice and we had a nice chat along the car ride.

The only negative thing that I have to mention is that on the TripAdvisor page, the German translation of the tour implicated that it was arrival plus departure transfer. "Abholung und Rücktransport". It was misleading though because after completing the booking and chatting with the company we found out that it was only one way transfer. If we had known that before we would not have booked the transfer and would have just taken a taxi from the airport for less than half the price.

Driver was at the airport ready and waiting .

Driver was at the airport waiting holding our name very clearly for us to see.
He kindly gave us some water when we arrived and as we drove to the hotel he pointed out places of interest on the way.
We felt very safe in his hands.

Great value Airport/Hotel transfer (and back!)

Handy to be able to book online before our flight departure and were able to pay with PayPal so didn't need to worry about having local cash ready.
First thing to ensure is that you have WhatsApp working on your phone.
Also KL Airport is a big place and the roads bringing cars etc are a bit of a walk from the customs/arrivals hall.
Our driver 'Rozlan' sent me a message via WhatsApp to say he would meet us down on level 1 (door 4) once we had our bags and were through customs.
We should have followed signs to the lift down to the bus station, but took the opposite lift down to the trains first, so had to pop back up , swap lifts and then go down again. - Lesson learned for next time - the lifts 'look like' a set, being so close, but they're not.
Anyway, we found ourselves on the correct floor, walked to the correct door and I sent a WhatsApp message back to Roslan that we were there. (I think they have strict time limits they must observe, so can't be there waiting for ages if it takes a while to get luggage etc)
Sure enough, he then arrived within 5 mins and off we went in a very clean little (private to us) mini-bus.
Rozlan was very polite and a very careful (trustworthy) driver - so the circa 50 mins trip into the central business district (Mandarin Oriental Hotel) was a pleasant drive.
We were only staying in KL for a couple of days and after checking with Rozlan and the hotel, I dropped him a WhatsApp message to ask him to take us back (the hotel was about twice the price from memory)
He arrived on time to collect us, leaving plenty of time for traffic etc and dropped us off ready for our onward flight to Phuket.
I have no hesitation, from our experience in recommending this service

Hotel to airport transfer

Took a taxi from hotel to the airport,driver spoke english and very polite. Fare is very reasonable.

We are extremely alarmed by your statement regarding your review on our page where its not related to us and we take these situations very seriously indeed. I am assuming that you are review on wrong supplier Tripadvisor page. We cannot find your booking details under your name, I would appreciate it, if you could contact us directly with your booking number with travel date and booking name so that we can investigate this immediately. We have not had any record. I appreciate that you to contact on real supplier who did your tour and take out this review from our Tripadvisor page.but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the Tour, to ensure that our guest leave us feeling happy. Please do contact us so that we can make you feel better regarding you bad experience even you not travel with us.

The driver Was in a different level than our arrival Hall waiting for an hour . We were waiting in the arrival hall as the tour operator never specified that the car would be in a different level . The KL traffic didn’t help either . Poor communication from the tour operator
