This was one of the best experiences of my trip in South America!
Our guide was called Franklin. He was amazing, so knowledgeable, considerate and the best guide to have. He really made our experience so much better and I can’t thank him enough.
The activities were all great, it was a great pace and amazing to get to see the nature and animals in their natural habitat. The accommodation and food was great. Met some amazing people and made memories of a lifetime.

The customer service is awful. We notified the company 45 days in advance of the tour to make arrangements to change the dates or get a refund since our flights changed. The company told me once it's booked nothing can be done and pointed me to there "no refund" page. It seems they just want to keep our money regardless of a situation outside the customers control with significant advance notice.
