This was a fun way to spend the day - heads up, the trail to get to your first jump was quite slippery and challenging as it had just rained. Wear sturdy shoes, I recommend with some sort of toe protection as you are going to be stumbling through rocks and water all afternoon. They will rent you shoes, but they are pretty flimsy, not included in the cost, may not have your size, and I’m glad I had my own - even if it took them two extra days to dry out! You might want to take a few extra pesos with you as there will be opportunity to buy snacks on the way. You don’t get lunch until the very end of the tour and we were starving... you should be of some reasonable physical condition. We are in our 50s and of average fitness and had no problem - but we watched some other out of shape folks younger than us struggling - and one ended up injuring his back. Be careful- listen to your guide, be brave and have fun!!

If you like swimming and adventure, this is the activity for you. I’m not a good swimmer, so we chose canyoneering instead of whale watching.
Local guard knows every place where you should go or not, where you should just jump and enjoy. Our guard, Mark, took pics and videos for us during the whole trip. Also the place was very well maintained, almost no litter and clear water. Highly recommended.

Aconselho vivamente a quem vai a Cebu fazer esta aventura, simplesmente fantástico.

So we did a multi day trip that they organised forms start to finish - Stephanie in the office was very responsive. John our driver was first class - and we had him the whole time which was a good idea. Canyoneering is fantastic - quite full on for 2.5 hours, physical, i wore reef shoes but should probably have worn trainers. We dived with the whale sharks which was the best part of the trip - we saw 4 other divers only vs hundreds of snorkellers even at 630am. It is a must-do and when they come out of the depths you feel like you have your own personal whale shark.
I would definitely use them again for anything in Cebu

My friends and I booked this trip and it was amazing. We got picked up in a private van from our Airbnb and taken about 3 hours to the Kawasan falls area. Upon arrival we were given life vests, watershoes (if we didn’t have them) and helmets. We hopped on the back of some motorcycles and were taken to the start of the adventure. Mark was our guide and he took so many photos for us. He was basically our personal photographer. We had a blast with him. Definitely try the chicken at the one snack point (you’ll know when you get there). The lunch at the end was great. They gave us SO MUCH FOOD! We had a blast. Highlight of the trip so far.
Bring a change of clothes and maybe a towel because you can shower at the end if you want.

Our family really enjoyed this tour. The kids (teen agers) just kept jumping in and out of the water. I didn't think I would enjoy it since I don't fancy jumping off anywhere but the environment was so fun you just gotta go with the flow. Even if you are scared, try to go for it (there are low ones too!) and you will not regret you did. One for the books!

We were picked up from our hostel at 5:00am which was incredibly early but worth it! When we arrived there weren't many people so we got to experience the falls alone and at our own pace. What we really enjoyed was that everything was optional. If you did not want to jump into the water from 13 meters, there was always a path that you could walk instead. This is a great adventure for people at any age and any fitness level. Our guide Mark was funny, knowledgeable and helpful. He let us know where every rock was under the water so we did not get hurt. He also stopped us at different points to take our photo for us and filmed us jumping into the water. Lunch was also delicious and made with love and care. There are many rival companies that do the "same" package, but this company is worth every penny you spend!

Hi yaralaresca,
I'm not sure about Barili specifically - but if you can make your way to Moalboal there are at least a dozen different outfits that will offer you the same tour package - and probably for less. You may even find an operator when you get to Barili...they're everywhere and can be booked last minute. We booked in Moalboal the same day we took the tour.

Hi! We recommend our passengers to leave in the hotel their important documents. Like for the passports, just bring a photo copy during the tour.

Hi, i am looking to travel to Panglao island straight after the trip. Is it ok for us to bring along our luggage and be dropped straight to the ferry point in order to reach the island? What time would the drop at the ferry approximately be?
Hi! The tour duration is approximately 8 hrs, but depends on actual traffic. The port is in Cebu City which is approximately 3-4 hrs away from Kawasan. Please note that the last trip for the Cebu to Tagbilaran ferry departs at 06:40 PM

I am an agile 62 year old woman who will be coming my husband from Cebu hotel. Can you tell me if you think this is ok for us- I would be ok to jump 6-10 ft- not sure about 30 foot! We can both swim and enjoy water. We are both fit and able to climb/walk for a few hours. Lastly I am a coeliac vegetarian- would it be possible to get food for my diet please?

You should have no issue with this adventure, every jump spot has an alternate way to go if you feel to nervous. As for dietary restrictions, you will have a hard time just about everywhere in the Philippines being vegetarian. Our friend was and I think all she was able to enjoy on this excursion was rice and mango everything else was meat.
