The cruise is for about forty people on 2 levels so no stress to get stuck in the crowd. Comfortable armchairs, tea, buffet lunch and enjoy the roof terrace to admire the panorama. From Guilim to Yangshuo, 84 kilometers of cruising in 4 or 4.5 hours in zen mode.

Jackie is a great driver and guide. Very patient and speaks very good English. He knew a lot about Brazil which was great for us to talk about. The tour was very pleasant. Thank you very much ☆☆☆☆☆.

Wangbin (Charles) is a great tour guide.
Very knowledgeable and great driver.

My wife and I approached Charlie Guilin Tour for a trip along the Li River and its surroundings. The organisation hai been perfect. On the way, he gave us a lot of information about the places and introduced us to local customs and traditions. I hope one day to go on another tour with his guide

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We headed up straight to the top deck where we stayed for the whole duration. The scenery was just breathtaking! Guilin is a truly beautiful place and would recommend to everyone.

It was a great trip with Mr. Qin. He is a nice person with good Englthe ish. He pickup on time and suggested visiting the best attractions in Guilin.
On The second day, our schedule was tight and he managed it by picking us up early morning after visiting the rice terrace he dropped us at the railway station. It was really amazing Guilin trip because of Mr. Qin.
A special thanks to him for the nice gifts he gifted us at the end of the trip.
I strongly recommend Charles Guilin to tours to explore Guilin especially if you don’t speak Chinese.

My mother and I engaged Charles to be our guide for Guilin/Yangshuo/Longji, Our main communication with Charles was through WeChat in the initial stage while liasing & deciding on the itinerary. He was really responsive and answered our queries.
Charles was really helpful in planning out the itinerary for us and we covered the attraction that we wanted to visit.
Besides that, Charles brought us to see the elephant trunk hill from a (free!) viewpoint! Which was great as we did not want to pay to enter just to see the elephant trunk hill!
As I did not know how to cycle, Charles cycled an electric tricycle for me and my friend around the beautiful village . I appreciate that he goes beyond his way to let us enjoy the trip to the fullest.

My mentor,.Chuck went to Guilin for business trip from Cleveland. we did sightseeing. Kathy did very good job. Hope to see her next time.

We booked a cruiser across Li River trhough this company. Service confirmed by mail:
1. Transportation from hotel to the boat.
2. Cruiser (arriving to Yangshuo)
3. Bus from Yangshuo to close our hotel in Guilin
At arriving to Yangshuo. No information at all about bus. None waiting for us. And obviously, no bus for coming back. So, we had to look for ourselves for coming back to Guilin. At more than 80 km far from our hotel and no chinese spoken.
After writing complaint, asking for just paying for services provided. Only answer obtained was only bus ticket (no taxi neither battery car already paid neither worries for coming back). Obviously didn't accepted. Fair situation, at least, is to pay for services provided. Paying us for regular bus to come to Guilin are peanuts comparing to real service provided.

You just want return to guilin by the bus, you threaten me to ask for 200RMB, I just give you back to you bus fee, you don't agree. Yangshuo is very convenient to return to guilin, and there is a bus every 10 minutes. Why don't you check information and ask local people online? Yangyang is a famous international tourist city, and 80% of people can speak English,It's not as complicated and troublesome as you say. Your behavior has let me down
