Our day in Xi'an was one of the highlights of our trip to China! Our guide, Lucia, met us on time at our hotel and we drove to the sight of the TerraCotta Warriors in a late model, clean, comfortable sedan. At the sight, she guided us through all of the pits. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the warriors and knew interesting facts about them. Her English was excellent and she was pleasant and friendly. She answered our questions, expanding her explanations based on our interests, made suggestions on the best places to take pictures and negotiated with vendors on our behalf . We loved our ride on the City Wall at Xian. It was an easy bike ride for two 60-year olds who hadn't riden bikes in a while. Our tour of the Wild Goose Pagoda was also very interesting. Lucia was well informed about the temple and its history. At the end of our tour, Lucia suggested other activities that we might enjoy during the evening. We followed her suggestions and had a great evening. Lucia was the best guide out of all the guides we had on our China adventure. We are so glad we let Bruce arrange this private, custom tour for us.

Bruce and Lucia picked us up from the hotel in a clean and well maintained car. Lucia was super knowledgeable and Bruce arranged a custom tour based on our preferences.
We visited the Terracotta museum and did a bike tour of the city wall. Bruce was kind enough to take us to a 3rd wave coffee shop afterwards.
We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of service. We definitely recommend them!!

Bruce made this day unforgettable. Bruce's flexibility, propositivity to accommodate our expectations, his knowledge of the Xi'an as local combined with perfect English language made the day in Xi'an unforgettable.
Picked up from airport we went directly to visit terra cotta warriors. He advised how we could visit the site. Afterwards he guided us to the walls. We wanted to do a cycling tour on the walls. He proposed to take the tour, directed us to Muslim touristic and north west non touristic area. He took our luggage to his home and agreed to pickup at 9pm to drive us to the airport (pretty far from the center).
I would anyone recommend Bruce as guide for Xi'an.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful and has a very in depth understanding of Chinese history. He was very personable and well articulated in getting facts across. Very helpful in giving tips about Xi’an like where to eat and what to avoid to help make the stay pleasant and authentic.
