It was a such a good day. Kids were super happy but exhausted. We loved it. We thought Doris (tour guide) was absolutely great and very thoughtful and nice. She was the best tour guide. We went to so many good places. She also brought us to a great restaurant. We also learned so much culture! It was helpful to have an English speaking guide.

The whole experience was great! Alana was super organized, friendly and knowledgeable. She is perfectly bilingual (Mandarin and English) and very flexible (we booked rather last minute and changed the start time and were accommodated with no issues). The lunch was delicious 🤤 and Alana was so great with my young daughter! It was very hot so we wanted to cut the tour short but Alana convinced us to see the tea plantation and it was beautiful. Thank you so much for helping us make the most of our short trip to Hangzhou!

Super friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Emily and driver.
Emily is very knowledgeable about all the sites in Hangzhou, the tea plantation, temple, many pagodas and history and stories attached to each one. Very interesting visit to the old town walking street

My wife and I toured Hangzhou with Carol during mid-autumn fest weekend - it was an amazing experience from Ling Yin temple to Longing tea village to Qinghefeng! Our tour guide was Carol who is very knowledgeable, kind and professional, and her itinerary was so much effective for us to look around Hangzhou attractions on such a crowded weekend. Strongly recommend to those expats visiting Hangzhou for a great authentic experience! Thank you Carol and Alana!

Our great guide, Sally, took us to see the highlights of Hangzhou including West Lake, Tea Terraces and Qinfeng St. She brought to life this area w her knowledge and stories. A wonderful few hours

I booked a half day tour for my Mom and I to cruise around the West Lake, see Lingyin temple, and visit the Meijiawu tea plantation. Our tour guide, Mavis, was wonderful!! She was very knowledgable and friendly, took care of getting our tickets, and coordinated with the driver when we went to different locations. Having an air conditioned car take us around was also very convenient and nice in the hot summer. Mavis listened to our interests and really made the trip great! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hangzhou!

May the start time be flexible? I land in Shanghai (PVG) at 7:50 am and need to get through immigration and take train to Hangzhou. I will likely be at the Hangzhou train station around 10:30 am and would like a half day tour to the lake, possible including bike ride if there are scenic paths. Pls advise on availability and cost.
