Mr. Kenny was a great and polite driver. The trip was smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. We visited many tourist spots in one day without any worries. Highly recommended for travelers!

The service was a great one in that our driver while he spoke little English made sure all of our comforts were met. In addition he also adjusted our itinerary as the weather made some of our stops very short. I appreciated this great attention to detail and would highly recommend.
Last but not least was the skills of our driver as he aptly navigated through blizzard like conditions without any issues!

Our tour Guide who went by Ms Kate for English speakers was awesome. Expert driver in the snow. Got us to the Zoo and moved us around the prefecture efficiently. She flexed and adjusted to our 8 & 6 year old daughter’s needs, several unplanned bathroom breaks and refusals to leave the car at certain stops. She even adjusted to let our daughters get some sledding in then as they got too tired She watched our girls as we were able to go view the sights. Memorable day and highly recommended for anyone looking to get the most out of a day trip.

Beautiful views (even in winter when the blue pond is frozen) and our guide was wonderful. A great quick trip for experiencing a little bit more of what Hokkaido has to offer!

It's a shame that we can't see the blue color of the Blue Pond in winter. However, the snow created a mystical view.
Summer is also the best time, so please come to Hokkaido again.

Our driver spoke good English and drove us well. We encountered snow storm situation that caused part of the highway to be blocked but she drove very carefully through heavy snow along the detour journey. She recommended us a good ramen place when we said we’d like to try one after visiting the zoo. We made pit stops along the journey for us to get coffee and snacks. Good trip!

The winter weather in Hokkaido is quite extreme. It is also a difficult experience for us to spend time on a snowy island lol
It was a valuable experience for me coming from a country where there is no snow.
Hokkaido is also wonderful in the summer, so please come visit again.
