Kumiko is knowlegeable,thoughtful, and took care of us,a rag tag family from 18 to 87. We did the Clock Tower, TV Tower, Hokkaido Jungu Shrine, Tanukikoji shopping street, squeezed in a fabulous soba lunch. We did not feel rushed at all. Gave us many useful tips about town and a deeper appreciation of life in Sapporo. Thank You.

We had an experienced tour guide who gave us a good history of sapporo and explained some of the areas we passed by. A great place with a lot of winter magic place.. snow is powdery and illumination is everywhere.. great experience! Thank you mam Kate (Katsuko Kemanai)

We booked this 4-hour private tour hoping to gain some in-depth insights into our first time in Sapporo. Tom showed us around and tried his best but we felt the necessary tourist-guide interaction was somewhat incomplete/impersonal. We did, however, get some insights into this marvelous city and for that we're thankful, especially for showing us the ramen alley.

Roy was super nice and fun! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took us to the prominent landmarks and told us about the history of the places. Would recommend!

Great tour by Roy, taking into consideration the rainy, foggy day. He adjusted our itinerary to suit and keep us out of the worst of the wet weather. His English is excellent and he continues to learn and fine tune his language skills and also his historical and factual knowledge base as well. He very kindly helped us search out stamps for postcards I wanted to send home and also gave us a crash course on taking trains and subways in Sapporo. We made it back to our hotel in Otaru tired but happy to have made our train connection. Great tour Roy and thank you again!! Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and customs of Sapporo and made sure we saw a wide variety of things. We especially liked Hokkaido Shrine and Odori Park.

Tom was a great and knowledgeable guide. He took the time to discuss the itinerary with us beforehand and ask for our input. We got a real feel for the city. Great way to see Sapporo.

Wakako is a friendly and warm person, she is knowledgeable, professional and considerate. She used the time available (four hours) efficiently to make sure I could experience more in Sapporo. We had a good time together. Without her guidance, I would never be able yo see so much in such a short time. I highly recommend her service.
