This was an amazing tour! Momo was a great guide who helped me so much in learning the history, culture, and landmarks of Osaka. Her jovial spirit really brought energy to the tour, which I thoroughly enjoyed. This entire experience has made me want to come back soon and hopefully for much longer. Arigatou Gozaimasu!

Fantastic tour with Sachiko. Such a wonderful tour guide who provided us with excellent information, and guided us through the highlights of Osaka. Sachiko is knowledgeable with a great personality. Taking the tour made us feel so much more comfortable exploring Osaka on our own. Take this tour with Sachiko. She will not disappoint!

A very nice older gentleman was our tour guide and he tried his best to show us all the details. Very knowledgable. Osaka is a beautiful city, with a lot to see.

Had made two bookings using Viator for guided tours of Kyoto and Osaka (2 different days). We received a confirmation for both bookings and just days from our trip, we receive a mail canceling both separate bookings claiming "our guide has health issues". What are the odds that two guides cancel 9 and 12 days prior respectively, for the same reason and with a notice at the same exact time.
Clearly, they didn't have someone to honour the booking and they preferred to lie about it. Of course, this is rather last minute and we can't find another guide for either Osaka or Kyoto... fantastic! :(

I had the most remarkable private tour with Noriko. She contacted me the day before and asked where I would like to go and made it all happen the following day. She has a deep understanding of the history of the area, which made the experience come alive. The way she presented the places and in the order she presented them, gave me a real appreciation of Osaka and its place in history. This tour is the best way to see sites in a small amount of time.

Highly recommend the experience. Our tour guide (Hideo) was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He took us to some wonderful places in Osaka. He even brought some printed pictures of Osaka in the past for us to compare and contrast with the modern Osaka. Thank you, Hideo-san for the tour!

We had an amazing time, the guide was very friendly, and catered to all our needs. She arranged the entire tour according to our schedule. Very informative, knew everything and she took her time explaining.
We had a delicious lunch, did tons of shopping and she held us in every step. I will recommend Achiko Ogura to all my family and friends visiting Japan.

It was our first time in Osaka and we had so much fun. Issa was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to go to a lot of the places on our list and he even helped us booked our Shinkansen ride for the next day. Thank you Issa for showing us around!

Wonderful tour with our guide, Taku. Highly recommended to really get an understanding of the city and the main sights including Sumiyoshi Shrine, Abeno Harucas, Kuromon Market, Dotonbori and Osaka Castle. Taku spoke perfect English and was very patient, professional, respectful and made sure we were always okay. He shared a lot about his deep knowledge on Japanese history and culture. It was very clear he is very passionate about bringing guests on tours. Our only regret is that we didn’t book more tours with him…next time!

Had an amazing full day tour of Osaka with Fumiko. She was very punctual meeting me at my hotel, and showed me all around Osaka. Was a great bonus that it was the first snow of the year, which made the tour really nice. It was an amazing day tour and Fumi tried to complete all my requests of things I wanted to see and eat. Showed me the sights, ate some great food, and helped me learn how to navigate around the city. Thank you for such a great time. Happy new year!

We are looking for a tour in June 2021 and are trying to plan ahead. When you pick up from hotel, we are going to be staying in Kyoto. We are looking for this as a one day tour. Do you pick up and drop off to and from Kyoto, provided we cover all expenses, of course?
