We booked 2 fish tank making a head. However, when we arrived, we found that the price online is much higher than the onsite price. We asked the owner why and she explained that the price included all material even the charged one. However, they asked my girls if they want to make S,M,or L size of fish tank the first thing we arrived. It’s not way we can spent all the money we prepaid online on 2 small sizes so I asked my girls to do L size. However, the numbers still didn’t make up to the prepaid amount.
After the fish tank, the girls want to make candles. I letted them each make a small one with 1 extra charged decor part and they ended up charged up more then 7000yen!!!!!
While the beginning price of a small candle was just 1500.
I asked the shop owner to showed me the breakdown and sum up in front in front of me and she failed to do that. She then charged for sth she said for free before and made it 4000 yen at the end.
I understand it’s tourist area but never expect a scam in japan
