Fun trip to the genting highlands, amazing view from the cable car and a fun mall to shop at. Was unable to go outside since the weather conditions did not allow it. Keep in mind that passports are required for non malaysians to enter the SkyCasino. The driver adzli was more than helpful and was more than happy to stop at Batu Caves to allow us to purchase something we were unable to during our previous visit.

Very disappointed with their service. I have booked their tour and cancelled without sending any mail, text or notice. Luckily I have checked for status and directions and realized that they have cancelled tour at last minute. Disappointed with their professionalism. Avoid this company. Now I have realized that most of the reviews are spot on.

As per our records, on 7th March 11:49 PM, our reservation team received your booking request for SIC Genting Highland tour for one pax only, however as per tours T&C, the minimum number of clients for this tour is 2, hence our reservation team canceled this booking on 8th March and send the notification through the system mentioned that "minimum number of passenger not met ".

It was an awesome day tour, wonderful guide took us around. The trip up to the mountain in the cab was magnificent. Wonderful view. It was a fun time up there, wonderful restaurants with great food choices, entertaining activities, so many things to view, so much to do at your leisure. So much to enjoy. It was very chill though. I will go again year and recommand it to others.

Huge mall with lots of shopping options, you can reach here by sky cable car or by your own vehicle.

The Genting Highlands Day Tour from Kuala Lumpur operated by Asian Overland Services was the low point of our trip to the city. They did pick us from Hotel but we were dropped few minutes later at a Departure point which looked like a bus stand or something. After waiting clueless there for around half an hour, we and other guests were directed towards a shabby looking coach. The guide was rude and kept all guests threatening how he could leave us at Genting and get back to city if we were late or untraceable. He was authoritarian and outright rude. We were treated not as customers or guests but somebody on the guide and drivers mercy. Upon reaching we spent few hours at Genting. While returning the driver and guide did not drop us at the hotel lobby. They dropped us on the other side of the road. When we requested to drop us at Hotel and not at the road 100 meters away, his answer was simply he can not do it. Utmost unprofessional and lack of gratitude towards guests in a service industry. Please avoid.

What is the difference between the two tours to Genting Highlands? One is priced at Rs 2171.70/- and other at Rs 1137.80/?

It could be possible that the higher priced will provide you the private taxi and the lower priced will provide your the bus for to and fro from your hotel
