Took 2 tours in KL with them. A half day market tour and half day KL tour.
Both tour supposed to start at 9am. Both times the tour operator messaged me and asked if the tour can start later. I said no. The first KL market tour is ok. The driver show up at 9am.
For the KL city tour, someone message me and 10 mins before the tour start and ask if I can change the tour to start at 10:45am I said no because I have a flight to catch at the afternoon. They said ok, will be there in 10 mins.
They didn't show up and called 9:45am and said their car broke down but will be there to pick me up in 15 mins. They finally show up at 10am. An hour late and I am sitting at the lobby and wait for an hour.
Since they keep asking me if I can start the tour late, I think they don't plan to come on time anyway. For whatever reason, this is not acceptable.

My husband and I took this tour in Kuala Lumpur in March, 2020 just days before the Covid 19 pandemic was declared. It was absolutely FANTASTIC. Our private guide was highly educated, gave us lots of time at all the sites, and took many photos on our behalf. A true professional. We highly recommend this tour!

Ayyanar was our tour guide. He spoke fluent English as well as two other languages. He was prompt and courteous and had a smart car with great air con.
We saw the highlights as described in the offer and Ayyanar waited for us in each location. He even took photos for us.
Great value and a good way to spend a Saturday morning. Thanks Ayyanar.

We liked our tour guide, Mr. Louis, so much that we have booked another one to Batu Cave!! He is very knowledgeable and we’ve learned so much about the history, politics, culture, etc., of KL and Malaysia. He’s also taken us to try out some Idina cookies and Masala tea:-) We definitely recommend them, especially Mr. Louis!!

I thought we are just going around KL and I’m not expecting much but our tour guide Ganesh is surprisingly very well informed about the city and the combinations of our stops during our tour is quite clever. The KL city gallery is very informative and we did have more knowledge of the city now. The visit to the KL tower runs really smooth and the little stop to the local chocolate warehouse is great! I recommend this trip if you go to KL, you won’t be disappointed...

Picked-up at our hotel by Ganesh, our guide / driver. It is a private tour, so we were the only people in a nicely air-conditioned car. Ganesh was a very knowledgeable guide, telling many facts / stories as we toured places such as China town, little India, independence square & the Petronas towers.

Every moment was one to remember!Mr Ganesh's hospitality made the tour as enjoyable and informative as possible.My visit to Malaysia has without a doubt been one of the best vacations I've ever had and the plan is to make Malaysia my holiday destination from now henceforth. We had the lovely pleasure of having Mr. Ganesh show my two teenaged kids, husband and me around Kuala Lumpur. The tour was very good and we learnt a lot of things we never knew before. Mr Ganesh showed us around all the best sights and attractions to see in KL and we could not of asked for a better tour guide or experience.
