I missed my scheduled time (my fault) and forfeited my ticket. But I went anyway a bit late. I got in at the normal ticket counter with a 15 minute wait (mid-day Wednesday), no problem. Cost was about $12 USD. "Skip the line" seems to charge extra for nothing, at least for this time slot.

If you do not want to risk wating for many hours I strongly recommend to book ahead. It is still good to be there sometime ahead of your schedule, say 20 minutes. Your tour starts with going up to the bridge between two to towers. And then continues up to the observation deck. Your view is of course spectacular, especially from the observation level. It is also interesting to look down just in front of the tower. You do not get much time on eighter level.

Great place to visit with all the family. Really well organised with the lifts. Very informative and great viewing spots on the levels.

Tijdens onze reis naar Maleisië hebben we de Petronas Twintig Towers nogmaals bezocht. De eerste keer was iets van 20 jaar geleden, was toen heel bijzonder. Nu was het nog steeds wel de moeite waard vanwege het uitzicht en de architectuur van het gebouw, maar de glans is er verder wel vanaf. Het heeft niet het “Wauw” effect als bijvoorbeeld de Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

Great service! Very reliable! Highly recommended! Thank you for your services, without you, we would not be able to get in to the towers! All services/tickets were sold out at the location! All tourists.. please purchase your tickets in advance!

We got the tickets for Perronas as promised by the operator. Then after we really enjoyed the visit at Perronas, the observation deck, we bought some souvenirs at the shop and photos, many many photos.

It was very easy to find but I took one turn wrongly ;) and ended up hiking the longest way possible through the park-an extra bonus. There are free shuttles if you’re not in hiking mood.

We booked this trip after checking various websites/reviews and wasn't disappointed. From start to finish, with the delivery of the tickets and the correspondence by Babu, to leaving the towers with the odd souvenir or two! The tour itself was informative, relaxed and enjoyable, plenty of opportunities to take your own photos, as well as the official photography.
