Do NOT use this company, it’s a scam.
We had confirmed tickets to an excursion, and only two days after the confirmation did the company realize they didn’t book the tickets with the location itself, and had to cancel on us.
Unforeseen circumstances do occur, but it this is not the case. The cancellation notice arrived too late to reschedule, and the WhatsApp chat to communicate was not professional, lazy, and we still have not seen the refunded money.
I would advise future customers to use other services. This scam is just taking your money and canceling.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused . We got the information from the twin tower yesterday only.Aug 29th,30th,31st and Sep 01 we can not arrange tickets from the twin tower as per their announcement.

Excellent. Amazing views and very well organised tour. We were given enough time to take in the views and information provided by guides we very interesting, make sure you book in advance otherwise you won’t get a chance to do this iconic tower

The e-tickets were sent to my email promptly, and not delivered to the hotel. Truly no need to que, very swift transaction! Had an enjoyable time at the Petronas!!!

A quick snapshot of the town. We only had one full day so spending 3hrs having an overview of the main sites was great.
Driver was polite and attentive.

So booked this in a rush thought I was getting a good deal, so this tour includes no taxi you need to make your own way there, when I got to the place to my shock the ticket was only 98 riggit £15 where I had paid £32.70 for the ticket you still need to queue with everyone else for security and wait to be taken up with a group so don't really see the point of "beat the queue" also you can just use a QR code you don't need a ticket to be delivered to your hotel.
The tower itself was amazing but next time I'll buy my ticket direct from there.

Charged double the rate, there is no queue for tickets but for entrance, there no vip line as such, so this is pure cheating by pricing high, internet fraud !

We saw iconic place of Kualalampur with out any hassle because YTS HOLIDAYS great customer service, specaially Vinod (account executive) very efficiently email is tickets amazing.

Tickets arrived at hotel at time arranged. Saved queuing for tickets at towers. Also they sold out on day we went so thankful we have had pre bought.

Super easy booking, a few days prior our intended visit to the attraction. Great costumer service via WhatsApp, where we arranged for our tickets to be delivered at our hotel (although our hotel didn’t accept drop offs, so we met up infront, to receive them by hand)

Hello Travel Experts, I am planning to Visit KL and Langkawi in the month of may 2019 from India with my family. The hotels and sight-seeings for the tour are fixed (i am using the services of a tour operator for the past few years to visit). Its a 6 day trip.
I have an initial set of questions, will appreciate if you can answer them point by point :
1) How long will it take to visit and go around Petronas towers? Half a day or more? Morning time or evening times? And Should i purchase its tickets right now (my tour operator has not included this as a part of the package) ?
2) I have 2 half days free during my Langkawi trip. Are there any good things i can do during these two half days
3) Similarly in KL, i have one half day and one Evening free, how can i best use this time with my family there?
4) What are the rules and restrictions on taking medications and pharmaceuticals? Any specific things that i should know? (i will carry prescriptions and bills/receipts)
5) Can i carry a few packets of noodles (always my comfort food during travel), especially when in the hotel ? and what is the amount restrictions on noodles? Which is better, carry noodles or having them in some nearby restaurants? (the hotel i am put up is a 4 star one, and i really dont want to spend on noodles there!! :-))
