June 2024- Excellent experience w/ travel w/ small child (w/ request for car seat) for arrival to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) airport. Company and driver kept in touch and provided all adequate information and arrived on time (over night arrival) w/ requested car seat. We always felt safe and comfortable and in the loop. The driver was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!!

While this is my first time traveling with Ace Travel, my cousin has been contacting Mr. Lee for her multiple KL visits. We had booked Ace Travel for KL airport transfers and traveling to/from Malacca or Melaka. Mr. Lee was prompt on each pickup.
We traveled from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca for over two hours. Once we were there, Mr. Lee was kind enough to show us around town in his car just so we can get oriented with this new town. He is a multilingual speaker and always courteous. His van is clean and he also provided some bottled water for us. Definitely highly recommended!
