This was one of the best walking tours I’ve ever done . The tour guide brought to life the very unique historic Filipino experience and thriving culture.

Intro to Philippine history with Jian as our guide/history professor far exceeded our expectations. We met at the historical St Augustine museum. Jian was able to explain all the most significant events in the history of the Spanish occupation using various displays in the museum. He was able to guide us to all the most important aspects of the museum, which was so valuable considering that there is alot to see & read in the museum. We visited the church & he was able to point out many things that we would have missed. Same thing with Casa Manila. There is so much displayed in this museum also & Jian made sure we were able to understand the most important things. I especially was blown away by his understanding & ability to bring us to understanding of the Philippine situation during the Second World War. We travel to learn & thanks to Jian & this experience, we learned so much. Very happy we booked this tour

We learnt so much about Philippines history and culture, and were able to ask so many questions. Our guide, Jian, was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this experience. My only regret is we did not have enough time to do the food tour, which was very high on my list.

Jian was an awesome guide and very knowledgeable. If you are in Manila and not sure what to do this is a fun trip to take up half your day.

I have lived on Luzon starting in 2018 and there is no other place on Earth is as Beautiful and Cheap one $is 56 pesos and enough for a small meal We have Water Falls Mountains Caves and the Most amazing Beaches on Earth many with No People

Jian was awesome. Very well educated and an eloquent speaker. Highly recommend this tour. Wish I had done this years ago when I lived in PHL.

This tour is a must do if you are in Manila! You can tell Jian has put an immense amount of effort into the experience. I learned so much about Manila, and, more impressive, so did my Filipino grandma!

Stellar tour!! Knowledge, and loved the treat! Would recommend this tour to anyone. Manilla history, and tour guide with lots of knowledge, answered questions, and provided a nice break.

Jian was very informative. His delivery of Philippine history is very light and told like a story. It helps people remember the details and leads you to that A-ha moment. How great would it be to intertwine this with a food tour! Nevethless, I encourage you to book this tour and deep dive into our history.
