We learned a lot of history about LBJ and Texas. The driver (Jose) was very knowledgeable and personable. It was an outstanding tour. It also did not overlap with another tour we took today covering Austin town and its hills.

A great day out exploring the history of LBJ and seeing southern Texas. Our host, Jose was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and a great host.

Our tour guide Jose provided an outstanding experience for us. He was attentive without being overbearing. He was very knowledgeable about the subject matter and conveyed the material in an easy to understand manner. We never felt rushed but we didn’t waste any time. It was a long day with lots of material to cover yet the day went by very quickly. He was patient with what were probably dumb questions and provided the information we needed in addition to what we asked. We were very satisfied that our money for the tour was well spent.

Tour operator did not show up. Received confirmation 8:12 evening before with pickup time - 9am , and location (hotel). Tried calling starting at 8:45 and then 9:15. office closed, mailbox full, could not leave a message. Did leave an SMS number for callback - none received. At 10:00 got hold of Viator Customer Service, who also tried to contact operator and could not. Waited till 10:30,

Eric was a friendly and well- informed guide. We enjoyed spending the day with him. We really enjoyed learning about LBJ and loved Fredericksburg.

Could not have been better. Would give our guide/driver a score of 10+. Loretta was a delight - very professional and knowledgeable. This tour covers a lot of territory and is great way to see an interesting part of Texas.

LBJ's ranch was beautiful and huge. Cows are allowed to roam freely on the property and one decided to block the road so we couldn't pass, but it was only for 5 minutes or so. Fredericksburg was fun, a lot of quaint and quirky shopping boutiques. Shout out to the Wild Hare Bistro. Their complimentary signature desert was amazing (scoop of ice cream, whipped cream, rum and cinnamon topping, I think). Luckenbach was a cool spot to hang out and listen to live music. Great time. If you don't do well site seeing during the travel times, then bring your phone or tablet to occupy your time (or a book). However, electrical plugs to keep your electronic devices charged are only found in the front seat, so you may want to think about bringing a charger as well. The tour guide was great and accommodating to bathroom breaks on the road and was knowledgeable about the areas.

Herbert did a great job juggling our schedule and navigating traffic. We almost ran over a maniac scooter rider who was not watching and ignore the lights ! I am 6'5" so the back rows of seats were *very* tight. Pro tip : make sure you call the tour operator up front and arrange your pickup - even check twice

Our guide, Jose, was superb. He was kind, generous, knowledgeable, and always willing respond to our questions and request. He make a very good use of time on our itinerary. We loved all the stops. The tour was highly instructive.

- Is the tour going to show me touristy places in Austin as well or just the Hill County?
I want to know if I want to take another tour on top of this to get a full experience?
- I'm in 4600 ELMONT DR, where is the closest place you can pick me up?
- How do I know who else and how many more people are on the trip? I dont want to end up feeling awkward :)
