    我们和路易兹共度了两天。整个行程简直太完美了！我们参观了主要的景点又去到了一些秘密的地方！这正是我所期望的。我们也在奇久卡瀑布玩了一会儿，简直太棒了！我们是法国人，还带着两个孩子，一个10岁一个12岁，但跟路易兹用英语交流完全没问题。他的语速很慢，这样孩子们也能听懂。他向我们介绍了里约本土人是如何生活的。我们也了解了巴西历史，我极力推荐路易兹！

I'm FROM Rio de Janeiro and this tour was outstanding!

I'm from Rio de Janeiro and took my boyfriend, who's Italian, to this tour - and both of us were equally impressed! Luis knows not only the major history of the town and places, but the nuanced details entrenched in the local culture, which sometimes residents never give a second thought. He explains how current behaviors and traditions arose from the societal structure in the Colonial days and much, much more.

Not only that, he has a whole pre-set dynamics with locals in the markets he takes us to (our local "farmers markets"), and goes the extra mile to make sure the experience is great, adapting each step of the tour based on the customer's wants and needs.

Finally, he also explores off-the-beaten-path places that you wouldn't see in more popular tours.

10s across the board for Luis! Would 100% go on another tour with him!

Mesmo sendo carioca, aprendi muito sobre o Rio com o Luis. Ele nos na mureta do Leme, escadaria Selarón, pedra do sal, dentre outros. Foi muito enriquecedor e me ensinou muito sobre nossa cidade e cultura, principalmente a história e influência africana no Brasil.

Amazing tour with Luis

Luis is an amzing tour guide. He accommodated our needs and tailored our tour so that we can enjoy the beauty and culture of Rio. We traveled with seniors and a toddler, but Luis has made our trip very seamless.

Since we all are foodies, Luis took us to hidden gems in Rio and we got to try delicious local food during our trip. We also got a chance to experience everything Rio has to offer in such a short time.

I really recommend Luis and again, thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

A day in Rio

Luis was an amazing tour guide! I had a blast going up to Christ the Redeemer, touring Santa Teresa, and visiting the National Park in Rio. The places we stopped for Pao de Quiejo and Feijoada were intimate and charming and the food was unbelievably good even if the Caiprinha’s were a bit dangerous.

What stuck out to me about touring with Luis wasn’t just the sights and the meals, but the depth of knowledge he had about everything. It’s one thing to see Rio but to hear detailed stories about every little facet of culture and how it came to be was truly fascinating. His English was flawless and I got a huge kick out of being able to converse with him about the culture of Brazilians and their opinions and ideologies and how those were shaped by Brazil’s history.

I would highly recommend him!

Luis was a fantastic tour guide. From the beginning he shared his extensive knowledge of the not only the history of Rio, but how everything connects. He gave us time for tourist shopping, photos, and told us exactly where the best photos would be taken. The travel and tickets were all seamless. We even went to a local restaurant for a delicious traditional lunch. At the lunch - he stepped out quickly to get us his favorite cheese bread (it was amazing).
All in all, we were very impressed by Luis' knowledge of his country's history, we felt safe, and we enjoyed the entire day.

A Short and Sweet introduction in Rio.
I took 2 tours with Luis, and both of them were stunning. I promise you, the customer, he will make you enjoy Rio and all it has to offer! You ask him what activies you want to do, and he will make it happen.

One the first day of tour, me and him covered the must see sights of Rio (Christ the Redeemer, Santa Teresa, mountains, etc.). Side note: though your iternary may be different. All the sights were amazing and knows when to visit them to give you the best opportunities to observe all of them. Also, along the way we did try some street food and fruits native only to Brazil, which were all amazing.

On our second day and my last day Rio, Luis took me hiking along various place to look at nature and viewpoints of Rio. All the nature and viewpoints were stunning and breathtaking. Then we went to see the soccer stadium briefly and went to lunch at a local spot, which was delicious. Lastly, he took me to the city across the bay where tourists do not visit that often. We looked at some amazing architecture, which looked strange, but represented the surroundings of Rio. Lastly, before he took me to the airport, we looked at the sunset of Rio to end my vacation on a very good high note.

Luis will take care of you 100% and to reiterate, he will make your itinerary happen. Until next time, thank you Luis for a wonderful time in Rio!
