Fun Filled Day

Really fun filled day! Got picked up at my hotel on time and each stop there was more than enough time to actually enjoy the scenery and all the culture offered. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Only nitpick is I wish we had gotten more history from our guide during each stop. Especially Christ the redeemer and sugarloaf mountain. It would have been nice to hear all the little details like how long it took to build, cost, how many workers, famous people visiting, type of material, etc. the bbq at Churrascaria Cruzeiro do Sul was good but the service was subpar. They’re extremely disorganized. There’s lot of other tour guides from TripAdvisor bringing their groups around the same time so expect a full house. Overall it was a great day. I really enjoyed the scenery and visiting all the sites!

Excelente tour y Pedro, un excelente guía!

El tour cumple por demás lo que promete, sin duda alguna se pasa un rato muy agradable con los servicios que brindan, principalmente a través de Pedro, el guía que estuvo a cargo; indudablemente los recomiendo!

Rio Day Trip

This tour is a must-do when visiting Rio! Transport was punctual, clean and had AC. Our driver Paulo was great. We felt safe getting around. Our tour guide Monica was excellent! She did the tour in English, Spanish & French! (She also knows Italian and Portuguese). She provided a lot of detail and kept things light and fun. She also answered questions in wonderful detail reflecting her great appreciation of the culture.

The sites were fantastic. We were given enough time to explore and take pictures. Lunch at the steakhouse was delicious. We follow a pescatarian diet and had good options though we couldn’t enjoy the Brazilian BBQ - why not skewer up some fish? Everyone else on our tour said the BBQ meat they served was very good. The cake for dessert was incredible (you pay for drinks and dessert separately).

I feel this tour made our trip. The Christ statue and views from its summit are unforgettable. There was even a surprise marriage proposal for a couple in our Tour Group against this majestic background. High fives all around!

We loved the views taking the gondola up to Sugar Loaf Mountain. You really see that Rio is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The hilly topography combined with the lush forests which nestle a bustling urban centre, make for a unique and contrasting experience.

Everyone, including friends from Rio, warned us to be careful about crime etc. However we didn’t have any issues when sticking to this well organized tour, being vigilant, and using common sense.

We are already planning our next trip and highly recommend this tour.

Het was een geweldige dag! Onze gids Monica vertelde vol enthousiasme en hield zelfs mijn hand vast toen in bang in de skilift naar de suikerbroodberg stapte. Ik had het niet willen missen!! De tour (helemaal met deze gids) is een aanrader!

Buen día en Río

El tour es bonito, pero se recorren muchos lugares en poco tiempo, y eso lo hace muy agotador. Al ir al Cristo temprano en la mañana es seguro que habrá mucha niebla y las fotos no serán las mejores.
La guía, Carla es muy simpática y con mucho conocimiento. La hora de recogida fue puntual.
La Churrasquería donde almorzamos era buena, pero el tiempo de almuerzo fue muy corto en el tour (poquito más de 1 hora). Además el lugar no nos entregó recibo del consumo y el valor pagado por 3 refrescos y 1 postre fue excesivo, 80 reales, que encontramos carísimo, que infelizmente no sabemos qué nos cobraron.

O passeio foi muito bom, os locais visitados apresentam acesso fácil para pessoas com baixa mobilidade, a guia acompanhante nos ajudou a utilizar esses acessos, também o embarque e desembarque da vam, tanto a guia como o motorista foram muito solícitos em ajudar a minha esposa. Assim a minha esposa pode aproveitar o passeio.

Worth every penny

Our guide was Priscilla, the most amazing and wonderful women. Excellent English language as well as other languages with very informative information and history on Rio though out the day. This tour is absolutely value for money and the memories of that day will last for a long time. All of the stops exceeded our expectations, the cathedral was awe inspiring, the Brazilian steak house - I don’t think I’ll need to eat for another 3 days I ate so much tasty food; stunning views from Sugar Loaf and of course Christ the Redeemer MAGNIFICENT Highly recommend Thanks for making my Birthday such a special day Priscilla ❤️ Craig & Manda

Obs: Tivemos o privilégio de termos em nosso grupo uma excelente guia de turismo Sra. Mônica, uma grande profissional fora do comum uma pessoa com um enorme conhecimento, portanto só aí já vale a pela o tur, pois você se sente parte da história co sua narrativa!
