They changed the meeting point a couple hours before the tour, which was bo problem because it was a little bit closer, but they sent us to the wrong hangar and the directions were vague. It would be helpful if you provide a map, which requested but didn't get an answer.
scheduled the activity at a specific time to catch the sunset, but we departed 35 minutes after even though I arrived in time.
Flight and the crew was very nice.

Sorry you feel this way sir. We communicated via whatsapp and helipad address was changed because we had overbookings as we are at the peak of the season so in order to provide you the experience you deserved we were able to acomodate you with one of our partners but they were also quite full that day. I mistyped the number of the hangar when we talked via whatsapp. I wrote 35 instead of 37 which didnt change much in the end right? About the delay there was really not much we could do. Delays happen even in international flights right? I am sorry you missed the sunset but anyways you sent us a video from the cockpit and clearly the horizon was completely cloudy so even if your departure was at 6 pm sharp you would still not be able to see the sunset. But we can accept your 3 stars humbly. Thank you.

This was our first time visiting Rio de Janeiro and we knew in order to really see the city, it had to be from the sky and it was the highlight of our trip. Absolutely loved it and totally recommend doing this especially if it's your first time as well. The price may seem too much but compared to other companies who only offer 7-8, this was a bargain.

30 minutos sobrevolando Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Botafogo. Alrededor de el Cristo Redentor, Pão de Açucar, foresta de Tijuca y Barra. Una experiencia fantástica!!
