We would like to record our dissatisfaction with the service contracted for the tour of Arraial do Cabo. We purchased the tour in advance, made the payment and received the contract, with the guarantee that there was availability. The seller assured us that everything was in accordance and that there would be no problems.
However, around 19:00 we were informed that there was an error and that there was no more space available for the tour. This last-minute notice made it impossible for us to contract another tour with other agencies, given the schedule. In addition, at the time we made the payment, there was the vacancy confirmation, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
We understand that the agency should take responsibility for the occurrence, as the sale was carried out based on the promised availability.
we will be considering filing a formal complaint for the disturbances caused, since we trust the service offered and guaranteed by contract.

It was OK, but not quite what I expected. The guide didn't speak English, she communicated with me via Google Translate on her phone. The driving from Rio de Janeiro to Arraial do Cabo was very long, almost 5 hours. You have to change two vehicles and walk quite long to get to the boat.
The boat was fun and the views are amazing. However, we disembarked on two beaches and I didn't know that we would have to put life jackets on and enter a rubber boat. They didn't let me bring my purse, in which I had money, documents, my phone, my camera etc., so I couldn't go and I stayed on the boat.
After that we had lunch included, but actually it was so late that it was more like dinner. The guide sent me to the restaurant with two other tourists, who also didn't know where it was, and we got lost. It took a lot of time and effort to find our way back.
I almost missed the lunch and the ride back to my hotel. However, once I reached the restaurant the food was quite good and diverse.
Eventually it ended well, but all in all, it was a rollercoaster. The positive side is that I really enjoyed sailing on the sea and took wonderful pictures, and the guys on the boat did their best to entertain us.

All wonderful excursion, except for the return trip since a tire was punctured and the agency does not have anything emergency and the passengers had to change it.

Visiting the beaches is worth the trip, but it's not very easy to enjoy spending 20 minutes at each one, taking a boat there and back to the shore. Furthermore, lunch is a huge disaster... It's in a very popular restaurant, where we sit with strangers and there's endless shouting, a desperation to accommodate everyone - and it's totally overpriced... There wasn't even a knife at hand. disposition. We arrived at 5pm for lunch, having to leave at 6pm!!! That part was pretty unhealthy.
The guide was also not very friendly, being quite rude at several times. It felt like he was doing us a favor, being that the experience was well paid for what it is.
The boat staff, Jagau, was quite pleasant. In general, it's really only worth it to visit Arraial do Cabo.

Muy buena experiencia se ven varias playas y los guías hablan en español, tienen música en el barco y te buscan en el punto de encurto más cercano a tu hotel

El tour comienza a primera hora en la mañana, parten buscando gente desde leblon hasta el centro, acá se vio bastante desorganizado por parte de la agencia. cada vez que pasan a buscar a un grupo, les iban avisando en el mismo instante y hay que esperar entre 5 a 10 minutos por cada persona, se debería avisar con anticipación (10 minutos antes de pasar) a la persona para que estén listos apenas llega el bus. Para este caso en específico, el último grupo se demoró 30 minutos en bajar y nos retrasó todo el viaje, fueron 5 horas de ida (7:30 hasta las 12:30 en arraial do cabo), en opinión personal, no se debería esperar a gente que retrasa a los demás, pero bueno.. ya en el barco, es una muy buena experiencia, dos bajadas en playas distintas, recomiendo ir cuando el día esté lindo, los marineros (la mayoría argentinos) muy simpáticos y motivaban a todo el grupo, lo que hace que se pase el mal rato de la ida del viaje. Termina tipo 5 p.m. en un restaurant buffet, y a las 6 parte de regreso a río, donde pasan dejando primero a las personas de Leblon (3 horas de regreso).
Como recomendación, si son parejas o grupo de amigos jovenes. tomaría el tour, en caso contrario, arrendaría un auto en río (20 reales) y llegaría directamente a arraial do cabo (colocar en google maps: Passeio de barco em Arraial do Cabo - Tubarão Rio) donde se puede contratar el mismo tour en barco por 50 reales.
Como recomendación, si son parejas o grupo de amigos jovenes. tomaría el tour, en caso contrario, arrendaría un auto en río (20 reales) y llegaría directamente a arraial do cabo (colocar en google maps: Passeio de barco em Arraial do Cabo - Tubarão Rio) donde se puede contratar el mismo tour en barco por 50 reales.

Ilha grande tour
I was extremely disappointed to see how disorganised and environmental-UNfriendly this tour was.
DO NOT waste your time and money on the Ilha Grande tour in Brazil, during which they will take you around the island to stop at a few beaches and snorkelling areas FULL of visitors with cans of beer at hand and throwing the last bit of their cigarettes in the ocean. No comments made at all by the staff.
You will sail on a boat with extremely loud commercial music all the way, and stop to eat on a small beach with its own little mountain of plastic and garbage flying everywhere and in the ocean.
The bus arrived late in the morning and dropped us off at 9.30pm instead of 7.30pm. Over all, we spent more time on the bus than out there sailing.
This is really sad for the environment, especially Brazil which has such a wonderful biodiversity and open, wild spaces that people are slowly killing.
I am fully aware that this is also an issue of behaviour and selfishness from tourists themselves, but touring companies have a responsibility in all of this as well to educate people about the environment they are taking them to, and make sure that basic requirements to respect nature are in place.
The guides are nice and friendly, but we were truly appalled by the evident lack of consideration for the environment and will never look at their offers ever again.

We're sorry you didn't have the experience you imagined. Unfortunately, Angra dos Reis is a small town and very touristy (and this is not something that is in our control) because of this, it is common for the beaches to be crowded and not all of them are ecologically conscious like you, a shame. Our team of guides has a job to do and has no way of monitoring each of our customers to make sure they don't pollute the environment. A shared tour is an experience shared with other people, in this case, most people who like the lively atmosphere of the boat. That's why I advise you on your next visit to opt for a private tour, so you can have control over what you hear and the relaxation you want.
We ask for kindness when evaluating the work of an entire team that gave you assistance throughout your tour due to the behavior of other customers.

Eu gostei muito do transfer, achei muoto pontual. Muito bem recepcionado pela guia. O passeio de barco foi muito bom, com otima recepçãodos tripulantes. E o almoçode otima qualidade e bem organizado.
