Excellent tours , a very pleasant ride, I was very satisfied with the service, the very complete buffet, very professional tour guide, the music on the boat very entertaining, I would re-engage that tours, I loved it.

Indeed, it was an unforgettable day, but unfortunately not for the reasons mentioned in the description of this tour..It will remain in my memory as one of the top 3 worst activities I have ever booked on holiday.
Please find below some examples supporting the above:
The company offers a pick-up service, but considering that the bus can gather approx. 45 people and that we were the first ones entering into the bus (at 6h50) in Ipanema, it took approx. 1h30 to leave from Copacabana (15 minutes by car from our accommodation) to go to the highway. To avoid this, I would suggest to have 3-4 meeting points across the city; it will be much more efficient.
We thought we would be a relatively medium size group (max 45-50 people = the maximum number of people in a coach), but when we arrived, three groups of the same company were on the same boat, meaning approx. 120 people. In addition to this, when we arrived in Angra dos Reis, we had to wait approx. 30-40 minutes to go on the boat (as plenty of other tourists were also queueing).
Nature: It was nice to see Ilha Grande, but it wasn’t possible to see some of the described beauties (vibrant coral reefs and rich marine fauna), which is kind of normal if 3 boats of the same size (with approx. 120 people each) stop at the same spot.
Expert guide: We did not receive any explanations on the fauna, etc.
Overall, the whole trip seemed completely unorganized. Just to give an example: we were supposed to have lunch at 16h..We had it at 19h instead.

Booked the bout tour expecting and hoping to see lots of tropical fish and maybe some turtles. Although I knew the turtles were a long shot. There were barely any fish. Maybe ten years ago, before it became WAY over commercialized.
Pickup was disorganized, but can be avoided if you have the bus dispatcher call you when the bus arrives. Our tour guide, Felipe, was great!
Bus had about 40 people. We joined up with 2 other buses. Meaning there's about 120 people on a boat. It was way overbooked.
Not really family friendly either if you're traveling with young children. Lots of party goers.
But if you're down for a party boat with a side sprinkle of nature, this is it.

The worst organised trip we have ever been on. Good pic up from hotel but that's all. Your dropped of and waiting in a line just hoping you spot someone from your coach the tour guide never checked if you boarded and was still in the group.Knew it was a full day excursion but not 18 hours from being picked up at 7.30am to getting dropped back at 1.45 am. AVOID

Friendly staff, nice scenery. However the air conditioning was very cold. On the boat the very rich food for a fee, on the island instead it was not.

This trip was unexpected, initially there was a coach ride to the boat and then we toured the islands and beaches. It was a long day, but it's always a good sign when you wish you had more time!! The boat was fun, I am older and was solo, but I met up with a family and made some friends for the day. The staff were great, a lot of music on the boat and dancing, I saw a lot of fish in the water, I was expecting a more quiet intimate trip instead I got a party!!! Don't worry about taking your own drinks, there are plenty of opportunities to buy along the way. The lunch was great all in all a great trip!!
