Hello madam/sir, Our opening hours are from 8:30 till 21:30 only in the days that there is night skiing. (Have in mind that the normal hours for night skiing are everyday from 18:30 until 22:00, but right now the resort has stated that the night skiing is only on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and now also Sunday). We do not understand what inconvenience there was at the beginning, we have given everything from our side to provide every piece of equipment to you from your order. As in for the space and lockers, we have never had a complaint about them. We are one of the few ski depots that offer such high technology lockers and at the same time having one of the best spots for a ski depot in the whole resort. The last day when you wanted to return your ski and boots, we did not understand quite what one of your group members said, because he was with his helmet and ski mask on his mouth and you have to acknowledge that we may have not understood what he meant, also cause of the accent, that’s why we asked if he can repeat the sentence. One of our staff members has apologized for not getting what was stated at first and then he offered to help him, but he has denied that help cause of the misunderstanding in the beginning. We are far off from having a reputation about being grumpy and unfriendly. We are also very sorry that you are not quite satisfied with our staff, but we are trying to help each and every one of our customers the best way possible.
