A lovely tour with a friendly knowledgeable guide..Francisco
Our tour guide Francisco was friendly, fluent in English and very familiar with his city. He arrived at our hotel (Oro Verde) on time with a big smile on his face. We discussed what we wanted to do. We did some bird watching in 2 spots, took a gondola ride, went to the city center and drove around the different neighborhoods. Francisco shared tidbits about history, education, celebrations and geography.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Francisco and highly recommend him.

Es muy bello y puede mejorar

La ciudad es interesante por el diseño de su sistema de transporte, sobre todo la aerovía, por las vistas espectaculares de La Perla y de su panteón. Su Museo Antropológico y de Arte Contemporáneo es espectacular y muy bien curado, su Mercado Artesanal cerca del puerto es un poco más económico que los de Cuenca y de Quito, la visita al Faro Las Peñas es un reto que vale la pena explorar con una vista panorámica desde una perspectiva distinta, el helado con crema y queso es un manjar de un negocio local que extraño mucho, el edificio del ayuntamiento es majestuoso (sobresale de toda la arquitectura circundante), el parque de las iguanas es muy lindo e interesante por la vegetación y su fauna, el malecón es muy tranquilo para caminar de día, en general me resultó agradable conocerlo. Es increíble y un gran ejemplo el respeto y devoción que tienen por proteger la naturaleza.

Sin embargo, la parte gris, la de concreto, las avenidas, las aceras, las calles cercanas al malecón, están descuidadas y sucias. Hubo calles por las que encontré incluso algunas situaciones esporádicas de fricciones entre habitantes y migrantes que crean un ambiente de cierta incertidumbre que resta confianza al paseo. No me sentí nunca en peligro, aunque el ambiente me impulsaba a no abandonar la precaución.

Excellent City Tour with Antonio through Viator

Antonio showed us all around the city from the Iguana Park to the Malecon to Las Penas. He was interesting and knowledgeable and a delightful tour guide. Thank you for sharing your passion for your city and your history. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

El recorrido por la ciudad estuvo genial, el guía me explicó muy bien toda la información,fueron muy puntuales y el personal es muy amable. Lo recomiendo para aquellos viajeros solos que quieran conocer en poco tiempo los lugares emblemáticos de Guayaquil.

Excellent guide and driver

I was expecting a bus load of other tourists, but my tour turned out to be a private one in a comfortable van. The guide was both interesting and informative, and he showed up at my hotel exactly on time. I highly recommend this three-hour tour.

Estuvimos con mi esposo caminando desde su inicio hasta el fin, la verdad es muy tranquilo, limpio, encuentras restaurantes, sitios para tomar unos tragos, almacenes para comprar, juegos para niños, atracciones para adultos, acceso para personas con alguna limitación física y sillas de ruedas, también encuentras una parte muy arborizada donde puedes respirar aire libre a pesar de tener una vía principal transitable.

Our guide Angel Yunda was excellent. We highly recommend this tour with him. He gave a great informative tour of city. This was our first trip to city and we learned so much!

Recorrer el malecon 2000 es la vivencia sensacional por que se coexiste con una ciudad que no descansa que no se detiene que no deja de lñatir su corazon que reside en la av 9 de octubre. Sin duda alguna ser guayaco es un privilegio de pocos que nos permite encauzarnos hacia el desarrollo personal cuando la ,adversidad es frecuente que se puede convertir en confort si nos esforzamos por alcanzar el exito que no esta vedado para nadie que aspira triunfar

Very Good Introduction to Guayaquil

I was the only person to take the afternoon tour, so the feeling was more intimate than it might have been with a larger group; it was just like strolling and driving around with a friend. Angel did a great job of showing off some of the highlights of the city, and also of explaining how much the city has improved in recent years, with many new parks, playgrounds, museums and cultural activities. Touring the city with him gave me a sense of how the city feels to its residents, not only to the tourists who visit for a day or two.
