I got in touch with Lee via WhatsApp, who was very friendly and supportive. Communication was smooth and easy, she brought the bike to our resort and picked it up 3 days later as agreed.
Motorbike had no issues and was easy to use.

We had an unexpected free afternoon in Ninh Binh and within 45 minutes Lee delivered a bike to our hotel. And she picked it up when we were finished, great service! A total of ~5 hours for 150,000VND. She answered all my questions via WhatsApp and was very nice in person. Yes, like others have said, the key is a bit finicky but you get used to it. The bike operated just fine, no problems. I would rent from Lee again.

To explore the country side of Ninh Binh, I rented a 135cc motorbike for five days. I got in touch with Lee via WhatsApp before, who was very friendly and supportive. Communication was smooth and easy, handing over was at Ninh Binh railway station, she also brought different types of helmets for me to try 🙂. It was a good experience, for a perfect one I would have wished for a second side mirror at the beginning (which she brought immediately after my claim) and functioning electronics (speedometer did not work). Nevertheless, if you are searching for a good quality motorcycle with friendly, good English-speaking service, I can totally recommend Lee and her team 👍 Thanks for your efforts!
