We had a single night stay, and everything went exactly how explained on website and by Joauad (contact from the agency).
The agency was very responsive, giving us quick and clear information about meeting time and places. They informed the bivouac about having vegetarian food (upon request), and everything went perfectly.
The guide/driver Salah was very polite and kind. He has created a very positive environment, giving us a lot of information with always appropriate manners.

We took a 2-day private tour from Ouarzazate to the Merzouga Dunes. I have checked many companies and finally decided to pick this one and I see it was the right thing to do! We do not generally like to take long guided tours, but this time we thought it was just going to be the best option taking into account that it was our first time in Morocco and that we wanted to learn and see as much as possible about the country. Our driver/guide Mohamed was extremely informative and patient with all our questions - we learnt a lot more from him than what we could have learnt from just travel books. His way of driving was very pleasant. The itinerary included a bunch of interesting sights and the two restaurants in which we stopped on the way (for lunch) served very good food. They adapted to our wishes as well when we asked to stop some more time in the Valley of Roses as it was just around the festival time. Moreover, we decided not to sleep in the desert but in one of the hotels next to the dunes which was nice too. It included dinner and breakfast. The company even offered a free lunch the second day because my boyfriend decided not to ride the camel the evening before as he was too tired for that. It was a nice gesture we did not expect because it was in any case his choice not to take it. The great thing was as well that the tour was not too commercial, there was no unnecessary shopping we did not ask for. All in all, highly recommended and special thanks to Mohamed for having made these two days so great for us!

A friend and I did the two-day Erg Chebbi tour with Jaouad, starting and ending in Ouarzazate via an overnight stay in the Erg Chebbi dunes. And what an experience - from camel trekking through sunset and sunrise to staying in the Berber camp through to exploring the expanses of the Tafilalt oasis and Draa Valley with our extremely friendly (and incredibly knowledgeable) driver. It was a packed itinerary over two days, and I'd definitely recommend spending more time in the region if you can, but for an insightful and affordable adventure into south-central Morocco, this two-day tour from Ouarzazate Unlimited is an excellent choice.

Our family of four (1 year old son and 4 year old daughter) toured Morocco with Ouarzazate Unlimited in February 2018 for about 8 days. We had an amazing time there seeing Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains, Ait Benhaddou, Draa Valley, and staying in a desert camp.
Our driver and guide, Mohamed, was great with our small children and very accomodating of our needs. He added so much depth of culture and history to what we saw and did.

We picked Morocco to be our honeymoon destination in Oct 2017. For the both of us, the highlight of the trip was hands down the 3D2N desert tour from Marrakesh to Fes. Our experience with Ouarzazate Limited began with email conversations with Jaouad, who had been really responsive and patient with all the questions we had as first time travelers to the country.
On the first morning, we immediately felt joy meeting the our first Moroccan friend Abdullah, who greeted us with perfect English at our riad's door instead of the usual cars drop off point some distance away (in his own words, first impression matters!).
Over the next 3 days, we traveled in the company's Land Rover (clean and comfy) with African tunes constantly in our ears. The schedule was well-planned and -informed. We went through the Atlas Mountains, Kasbahs, Ouarzazate, Gorges, Sahara and visited local cooperatives. We could stop anytime we want to take photos without feeling rush at all. We got to see the authentic African side of Morocco. Perfect especially for us who come from the hustle and bustle of a city.
For sure the nature and scenery of this country were enchanting - I was made aware how tiny human beings are on this planet earth, the part that sticks the most is PEOPLE. Abdullah is talented in connecting with others.Throughout our journey, we had too many fun conversations from history, geography, to culture and relationships. We learnt so much from a local's perspective, but definitely one with an international mindset. He's also really adaptive so when we were tired, he just focused on driving and "meditating" his own way.
We found ourselves satisfied visually, intellectually, physically (loved all the restaurants he chose for us!!), even spiritually. We felt safe and taken care of all the time. Once again, SHUKRAAN for making our time with you so special! We can't wait to see you again!

I took a 4 nights / 5 days trip from Marrakech to Fes and going through the Atlas, Ouarzazate, Merzouga (Erg chebbi) and many other cities, and very easy to book it in advance and contact the agency throught emails. Regarding the trip, it was an increadible opportunity to run away from main-stream and see a different, beautiful Morocco. The landscapes were amazing. From the snowy Atlas mountains to the deserty Erg Chebbi, the driver Abdullah was a really friendly person, a friend, and he made our trip much more incredible than I could have imagined. The hotels were really good also, especially Chez Pierre located in Dades Valley. It was fantastic. Worth every cent!
Thanks for everything!!

Went to Morocco in 2014 and fell in love with it and wanted to see more and go to the Sahara Desert. Contacted our Riad and they recommended Quarzazate Unlimited (contact Jaouad). We did this in October in preparation for our trip end of March 2015. Jaouad was very easy to deal with, very efficient and tailor made the trip to suit us.
After our six days at Marraketch Mohamed picked us up at 8.00 am to start our journey. Mohamed was a very lovely man with good conversation and sense of humour and very knowledgeable about all areas of the route. He was also a very accomplished driver and we felt very safe in his hands.
When we reached the high Atlas Mountains it started to snow really heavily and got really cold, we stooped for a coffee and Mohamed urged us to not to stop too long as the weather was bad and later on we understood the road was closed for two days.
We then continued and eventually followed the old camel trail from Timbucto to Marraketch and then arrived at Ait Ben Haddou.
The scenery was magnificent and changing all the time, at Ben Haddou we crossed the river on stepping stones and climed to the top of the village - fabulous view and we were told that both Star Wars and Gladiador had film sets there.
Mohamed then took us for lunch and we continued our journey passed Quarzazate where the film studios are and onto Zagora on the edge of the desert where we stayed overnight at a Riad. We then continued to the village of Tamegroute where the famous green pottery is made and the school of the Coran.
We then headed into the Sahara where we saw sand tornadoes and eventually rode camels to our tent at the amazing Erg Chgaga sandunes.
We asked for a tent with ensuite facilities and was amazed at the size and layout of the tent. Unfortunately due to high winds we could not dine outside, but a delicious three course meal was served in our tent, and we asked our guide Mohamed to join us.
Early next morning we captured photogaphs of the sunrise and not long after served a lovely breakfast. We left the desert a different route on our way back to the lower Atlas Mountains where we saw herds of camels beautiful mountain ranges and amazing colouful scenery enroute.
Thank you Jaouad and especially Mohamed for a trip of a lifetime.
Tips - (1) if you want wine with your dinner take a bottle with you.
(2) Pack everything for the desert into one bag as sand gets everywhere !
(3) Be aware you have very limited water so use it sparingly.
(4) Make sure you have an array of Dirhams for tipping.

Magnificent - 3 days Marrakech to Erg Chgaga
Words are not enough to describe how beautiful this trip is. But let me try nonetheless.
First of all, the dunes of Erg Chgaga are fantastic. If you’re looking for a true, yet accessible and comfortable desert experience your search ends here. Erg Chgaga is more remote than Erg Chebbi (the other popular dune area in Morocco) so you will have the desert to yourself.
However, it was everything in between that enchanted us most. The landscapes we crossed are beautiful and diverse. Snowy mountains and autumn leaves in the Atlas Mountains, stunning, ever-changing rock formations, the beautiful Draa valley with millions of Palm trees rolling alongside the highway, the emptiness of the Sahara. But in Morocco, the people you’ll see and meet make the difference – and this trip is no exception. Except for the last bit in the actual desert, there are small towns, villages and farms dotted into the landscape throughout. This is not just scenery to rush through - the countryside is alive in a way that is deeply touching.
Our driver Mohamed was just great. Always friendly and kind, very knowledgeable and always accommodating to our needs. 3 days is a pretty tight schedule for this trip (if you can, allow four days), but no photo-stop request was too much for him. We could not have wished for a better companion.
Just do it – these three days are something to remember forever or at least until you go there again.

Ouarzazate Unlimited was the only one organization in whole Marrakech I could trust as a single female and deaf traveler, also the one who could take me as just one person. The price was reasonable for the 1 day excursion from Marrakech - Tizi n Tikcha and Atlas mountains, Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate, Teoulet Kasbah and argan oil little 'factory'. The email correspondence with Jaouad was quick, clear and concrete. My guide and driver - Brahim - was excellent, opened, very funny and patient Berber man (oh yeah, he likes doing selfies!!) He quickly got my specific type of communication as I was well prepared to this trip, so he didn't need to tell me everything. He even was able to teach me some Arabic words. The car was new, comfortable, felt very nice inside and safe while driving off-road. I come to Morocco to see the Atlas mountains and meet local Berber culture as I'm not city-follower. We visited all spots - made some stops in mountains road to take a pictures. The lunch was included in price and was very good - the mint tea yummmm... (restaurant near the Ait Ben Haddou). It was whole day trip - from pick me up from the riad to saying goodbye at the same point. In the next year I will come back again to Jabal Toubkal and 3 days trip to Sahara desert. Brahim gave me some tips about these trips and definitely will contact with him again when I back to Morocco. Thank you !!!! You made my day, full of warm and nice surprises !!
