Hello,
Depends on the type of trip you want. If you have a MTB you can go on paved/forestry/agriculture roads where there are almost zero cars.
If you go on paved roads, most of them are in high traffic and there is no separation of bike/car. if you get used with the cars and the noise than you can go on the road easily. Otherwise, there are hundreds of unpaved roads where you can bike.
