Authentischer Kochkurs

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit Kumara und seiner Familie. Sie empfingen uns freundlich, wir bekamen einen Tee und ein sehr leckeres Gebäck, dann zeigte uns Kumara seinen Garten und erklärte uns die verschiedenen Kräuter. Seine Frau und er zeigten uns Schritt für Schritt wie man ein Curry zubereitet. Es wird authentisch in der kleinen Familienküche über dem Feuer gekocht. Als Abschluss gab es alles als leckeres Abendessen mit Dessert 😊
Die Familie gibt sich große Mühe, bitte unterstützt sie und bucht am besten direkt.

Große Empfehlung!

Wir sind begeistert! Große Empfehlung für jeden, der die authentische Küche Sri Lankas einmal selbst kochen und köstigen möchte. Die Familie hat uns vom Airbnb abgeholt, uns in ihrem Zuhause herzlichst empfangen, und uns beim Kochen alles genau erklärt. Gekocht wurde nur mit Zutaten aus dem eigenen Garten, die uns zuvor gezeigt und erklärt wurden. Danke für diese wundervolle Erfahrung!

Amazing cooking class!!

Such a lovely family and learned a lot about Sri Lankan food and way of life. We felt very welcome and had the best meals in Sri Lanka so far. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Good food

We had a wonderful time with Kumara and his family. They were very welcoming and showed us the garden en the cooking proces. Kumara picked us up at our hotel which was very convenient. The food was delicious and plenty for the two of us. It would have been nice if the family joined us for dinner, instead they ate after we left. 100% recommend!

The best food experiment

This cooking experience made my stay in Sigiriya unforgettable. We had a lovely time with Kumara and his family, plus we learned to cook authentic and delicious vegetarian food. All the ingredients were locally sourced from his property and completely organic. Don’t think twice and book it!
