We were with Rashid at the Taj Mahal and we had a very good experience and enjoyable time listening to the history of the King & Queen.

We had a fantastic time on our 5day golden triangle tour. Our driver, Prem, was excellent, expertly navigating the crazy Indian traffic! Our guides were very knowledgeable and informative. The hotels and lunch stops were also very good. My friend was unwell during the trip and Prem and the guides could not do enough to help her, which was very much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend this tour.

We travelled as a family of four on the 5 day tour and enjoyed it very much. Our driver, sulendra, was great and had lots of water for us. The tour guides were punctual and knowledgeable. My favorite was Karni in Delhi. Also enjoyed Sandeep in Agra who made sure we got good Taj Mahal views on an otherwise foggy/smoggy day.
Easy communication with the tour group at all times and the hotels were clean/safe.

It was a great experience and everything went smooth with no inconvenience.
To visit India is a must of any traveler.
I was in touch with the manager all time to resolve any question I had during the tour.
I enjoyed my experience in Agra with my personal guide Zahid, he was very kind and had big knowledge about the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and others.
I would like like to thank to my driver Jay for his professionalism and great job.

Sandeep in Agra was simply stupendous! He was honest, sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and timely. His passion for the best customer service experience was very important to him. His main concern was for you to gain the full gambit of India has to offer in a variety of cultural experiences Agra has to offer. On a side note, he was an excellent photographer and videographer!! Freakin awesome!!! I am completely pleased and satisfied! So look forward to visiting this beautiful place again soon

We have booked tour for our family members .Tour concludes delhi jaipur .They are very prompt in there responce and the drive was also comfortable.they have given us a tempo traveller for 6 person filled with plenty of water bottles .
Guide at every city was remarkable and caring . We can recommend this company to any traveller who need great service with polite staff .Looking forward to use them for another travel journey .

One of the professional and service oriented Tour company i have ever used .
Booked a 5 day golden triangle tour with them for myself and my guest .They were on time and very professional in there services .
Car was clean and comfortable with liye of water in it . Guides were also professional and knoweledgible. i will surely recommend them to every traveller traveling in india .

This was a great tour. We saw a lot of cool stuff, but the Taj Mahal was amazing! It was the highlight of the trip.
Ali was our driver for the 5 days. He did a really great job making us feel welcome to India. He was with us the whole time, arranging the meetings with the daily guides and taking us to the hotels in the afternoon/evening. The car was SPOTLESS, clean with good A/C. Ali provided us cold water and some snacks as we drove. He was great.
This was a "private" tour with just Ali and us. When we got to Delhi, Agra, Fatepur Sikri and Jaipur. We picked up a guide for anywhere from a few hours to almost all day. Of all of them, Raj (or Surraj) in Agra was amazing. He was by far the best tour guide of the trip.
For 5 days, the trip did have a quite a bit of driving. This was mitigated by staying two nights in Agra and two in Jaipur. The tour is a bit customizable, so we went with the higher starred hotels, the Ramada Inn and Radisson Blu. Both were very good.
We originally booked through Viator. So, contact with the tour company was a bit spotty in the beginning. We had some questions a couple of months before the tour. Once we got hooked up (via FB and then on WhatsApp), communication was very smooth and Akbran Tours was very responsive. In any case, I'd just recommend going through the tour company rather than using Viator as a middle man.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this tour.

We just came home from our first trip to India. We were glad we booked with Akbran Tour - they took care of everything. Our driver, Ali, was at the airport to meet us and stayed with us for the remainder of our time in India. His car was very clean and well stocked with water and snacks. When he noticed we didn't eat many sweets, he bought savoury snacks for us. He worked hard to ensure we had a good time and had all our needs met.
The guides we had for each of the tours were very knowledgeable and provided us with a great introduction to each of the cities and to the main sites in them. They answered our many, many questions and were friendly, easy to get along with, and made sure we got to the right place at the right time.

This was undoubtedly the best option to get to know India. We highlight the driver who was exceptional during the 5 days of the tour. Always punctual, with good disposition without being inappropriate or nosy. Attentive and available to our needs. The guides showed knowledge of the places to visit, and stood out for the friendliness and attention the ones from Delhi and Agra.
The choice of hotels and places to visit have pleased us a lot. We recommend!
