I had an excellent experience with the service. Saloni the meet and greet executive did an amazing job! Right from greeting me at the end of the aerobridge through immigration to baggage collection guiding me through transfer domestic flight from my international flight! I would have never made it to my transfer without her! She is very courteous professional and knows her job! And extremely helpful!I would recommend this service for everyone ! 5 stars and beyond for Saloni and her staff!! Thank you so much!!!

Thanks to all and we will definitely use them again and again, and recommend them to all my family and friends, cost wise they are not cheap but after finding their way of service I personally think that its worth more than that

The worst wheelchair service I experienced at the IGI Delhi Airport through Air India. It was simply chaotic. No one seems to know who is in charge to approach. I was so frustrated that I decided to make the trip to Security limping. It is not convenient for international passengers arriving late evening or night at IGI.

Excellent service for families with children, our hostess met us at the aerobridge where she had a buggy waiting for us , we were travling with our 8 month old baby. We had a lot of bags so this was perfect. We also booked transfer to our home which was smooth and quick!

VIP immigration Expeditor? Does Delhi airport offer a service where a party of four can be met at the end of the jetway, taken to a lounge, while the the service takes the passports/visas for approval? The expeditor returns with cleared paperwork. We have done this in Prague and Cairo and wondering if it exists at DEL.

As part of Arrival Meet and Greet with transfer, would you assist with onward domestic boarding as well. I have my dad who is travelling internationally and would need help for onward domestic boarding as well.
