I had the pleasure of booking a customized tour with Crystal India Holidays to explore Jaipur, Agra, and Delhi. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. I worked closely with Hitesh who accommodated my desired list of monuments, recommended fantastic places to eat, and provided very skilled and enjoyable guides per each city. In Jaipur, on the fly, we actually declined seeing a monument as we were very tired of sight seeing for that day, and instead, flipped the script and were expertly provided with a last minute shopping spree. Our Jaipur guide Pawan, voted "most informational and detailed, would be Jeopardy champion", walked with us within the city, and politely sat or stood aside while we negotiated with vendors. Our Agra guide Manish, provided us with a nice tour of the majestic Taj Mahal and was voted "best photographer" and the real rock star, Mohan, who was our driver throughout, became our ad hoc guide in Delhi. Mohan deserves special recognition and was voted "most chill race car driver" for his expert and calm, demeanor and defensive but careful driving behavior in this mad mad world of India traffic.
We paid in full up front, online before we left for India. Whilst in India we were given the opportunity to contact their office for immediate attention for any issues, of which there were none. I would highly recommend this tour agency for all your needs!

Having seen the streets of Old Delhi ourselves, and not enjoying the experience, it was a relief to have a driver and guide you could rely on.
We then saw other sights there feeling much more comfortable. Our guides on the other 2 legs of the tour were similarly extremely knowledgeable and polite. Most accomodating to our wishes.
Special mention must go to our driver during the whole trip, Vijay (Kumar Ji).
His driving, in what we consider to be completely choatic conditions, was immaculate. We felt very safe. He was also very polite and helpful, and was a complete pleasure to talk with. Which we did, at great length. Cannot praise him highly enough.

This trip was absolutely fantastic. We saw and experienced a lot. The tour operator was really quick to reply back through WhatsApp. The hotels were really delicious, the guides were good and our driver Davinder guided us safely and calmly through the otherwise totally chaotic traffic chaos. I would safely recommend this trip to others. I've already done that. However, I would like to point out that the drive between the cities is quite long, about 5 hours. Use them to experience the Indian ingenuity regarding transport 😄, and maybe to get some sleep/rest, because there is pressure on the experiences in each city.

I cannot recommend this trip enough. It was perfect!! Our driver was brilliant - on time and on the Indian roads amazing! All the guides we had were so knowledgeable, patient, willing to answer any questions and generous. We learnt so much more than if we had come alone, plus the thinking of organising how to get to and from attractions was completely gone so you can fully relax and enjoy. They are also all willing to take pictures for you so if you are concerned do not worry you will get plenty.
Thank you Crystal for the holiday of a lifetime. if you’re reading this and wondering whether to book - do it it’s worth every penny and more!!!

we have a lots of doubts before going to India but this tour made our experience excellence. Organization & communication is impeccable!
Sanjay Ji our driver is amazing driver, he drive very well & we feel safe, in the middle of crazy traffic. Trust me this is important :) all of our guides also amazing, Madhuvan in delhi even give us treat to taste some indian sweets and he helped to find gift for family. He also accomodate when we asked for change of itinerary. Arif in agra really take a good photo and organize the day super well despite the fogs and traffic! also he made our taj mahal visit mesmerizing. Navin our guide in Jaipur is really nice, smart to navigate the the day despite the traffic and treat us to try local rickshaw and have a good walk. He even invite us to his home, though we dont have time. thanks so much crystal holiday, we really recommend to take this company!

What a fantastic experience. From enquiring about the holiday to booking and subsequently going, communication was brilliant. Our requests were listened to and a bespoke itinerary was put together. I was travelling in a family group of seven, with my parents in their late eighties. This was a feat in itself but Crystal India holidays made it possible.
From the driver Krishan, who was superb, kind and thoughtful and an incredibly skilled driver, to all our knowledgeable and professional guides our experience was perfect. Shiv met us from the plane in Delhi and within minutes we felt he was part of our family. I would recommend his service to anyone. Manish was a great guide in Agra and Manoj was very knowledgeable with our sightseeing in Jaipur.
A long review but I could go on and on. If you are thinking of a tour operator please use Crystal India, they were fantastic and made a logistically tricky holiday with parents with mobility issues very easy. I will recommend to family and friends and just hope they extend their business further than northern India!

This trip was just spectacular. The whole thing. The driver was first rate, all of the guides were knowledgable and friendly and accomodating and the hotels were teriffic. Everything went off incredibly smoothly, I didn't need to worry about a thing and feel like I really got the best of the Golden Triangle, including teriffic food recommendations from the driver and guides, I highly recommend this turnkey soultion to seeing such a wonderful part of India, and can also say that it's fabulous value for money.
