We had a wonderful tour today of Jaipur with Kamran. He was very Informative of all the spectacular places in Jaipur. The Amber palace was especially impressive. We would definitely recommend this tour yo everyone!

Amazing tour by Surindra Sharma! He met us at Hawa Mahal and then took us to the observatory and a ton of other places, including: block print factory, tea & spice store, local market, local saree store, Water Palace and Amber Fort. For all the reviews that are upset about lunch - we asked him to eat somewhere more local and ended up eating at a street food cart which we loved. We also stopped by another street food cart to get pani puri as a snack.
However, we're giving a 4 star review because of our driver. Although he was very friendly, it took us over 6 hours to get to Jaipur from Delhi and vice versa, whereas it should've taken 4.5 hours. This was largely due to the fact that our driver was falling asleep at the wheel and stopped very frequently (5-6x on our way to Jaipur) to splash water on his face and buy hot tea to keep himself awake. The car also drifted off the road or slowed to a stop at times as he was falling asleep.
On the way back to Delhi at night, our driver stopped a couple of times at rest stations, but would disappear fro 15-25min at each stop (perhaps to get tea?). It would have been fine if we had known where he was going but we had no idea and just waited in the car for him to come back.
However, we're giving a 4 star review because of our driver. Although he was very friendly, it took us over 6 hours to get to Jaipur from Delhi and vice versa, whereas it should've taken 4.5 hours. We had an exceptional tour of Jaipur, especially of the Amber Palace and the City Palace. Our guide, Kamran, was quite knowledgeable, answering all our questions. Will visit again!

The Jaipur city tour is an amazing experience! There is so much beautiful architecture and rich history to explore. Amer Fort is breathtaking, it is easy to see how it landed on the UNESCO world heritage site list. Our guide R.M. Sharma was incredibly knowledgeable, it was like stepping back through time as he described the history of each place we visited.
We were also very interested in the renowned block printed textiles of Jaipur and our guide took us to a shop for a demo. The shopkeepers were lovely about showing the process and did not pressure us in purchasing.
Our driver Ram Singh was prompt and greeted us with marigold garlands, which was a kind gesture.
We also had a good customer service experience with the Keeper Landwey operator. They were very accommodating and communicative.
We were also very interested in the renowned block printed textiles of Jaipur and our guide took us to a shop for a demo. The shopkeepers were lovely about showing the process and did not pressure us in purchasing.

Jaipur is an amazing place and definitely worth the trip.
Due to limited time I chose a same-day return. Everything was well organised, my driver picked me up on time, was very polite and made me feel very safe on the highway.
The guide waited for us in Jaipur. He was very knowledgeable and made me see and understand things I probably would have missed. He was kind and generous letting me discover things at my pace.
Overall, a wonderful day that I can highly recommend. I felt that everyone was eager to show me the best Jaipur has to offer.
Two minor things could be improved though, at least from my perspective.
The first is the booking/confirmation process. It should be made clearer what is included and what not. I don’t even know if the travel agency or the platform needs to do this. Anyway, I felt a bit awkward (and so did the guide I believe) when I was taken to a restaurant only to learn that the meal was not included (while I was convinced I had booked an all-inclusive tour). However my confirmation only read “included if …”. Maybe things were lost in translation. Anyway, this was not really a big thing, food is not expensive.
The second thing is something I only learned back in Delhi. The road trip was quite long and strenuous ( especially for the driver). But there would have been a time-saving alternative - a new expressway. This might be a more expensive option, but it should have been offered and left to the discretion of the traveller.

The Drive: Santosh was a very friendly driver, no issues here.
The tour of the buildings themselves were very good and detailed,
Apart from Hawa mahal, this part felt very rushed as we stopped for a few minutes in an extemely busy area then moved on from it quickly.
The downside for me came to when I arrived at the resteraunt (Heritage resteraunt) as from the Google reviews it appears that this is a common tourist trap that they will try to take you to. Do not eat here as it will be expensive, additionally the guides probably make commision from here. I decided not to eat.
After that one of the people from this tour group wanted me to write a review, probably to try and pressure into a good review.
Summary: If you are insistent on this choice bring your own food and choose not to eat at the hotel 🙂

In general, I had a good experience visiting Jaipur, it is a charming city; however, it didn’t meet my expectations mostly due to the cleanliness of the city. I enjoyed visiting the City Palace, the Main Street named Jauhari Bazar Road, The Amber Fort, the Sheesh Mahal, etc. The driver from Delhi to Jaipur did not speak much English, but very respectful and careful. The tour guide in Jaipur was excellent, very knowledgeable and always making sure I was comfortable. The tour company Keeper Landwey was outstanding, probably the best in that part of India. I highly recommend it.
