They picked me up from Agra Cantt rail station, then guided me to Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Baby Mahal... Malik is really good at providing many information about histories, building structures, stories, etc. Also, took many nice pics. See Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur comfortably with a local guide! Mukul had the patience of a saint with our unruly group of 9 adults and 2 kids. He met us when we landed at the airport and was with us until we left on our train to Nagpur. He went above and beyond to help us with all our random needs including assisting one of us with visa issues. We had a tour bus which was very convenient, but we also traveled around the city like locals in auto rickshaws and ate authentic (but safe!) street food. If I ever come back to India I would not hesitate to call on him again!

My family and I did a 4-day 3-city (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) by car, visiting world wonders such as the Taj Mahal and Amer Fort, experiencing Indian history, culture, food. It was a wonderful experience. We had one unique driver for the trip, Mr. Munesh. For four days He took care of our family like we were his own, keeping us safe, happy and comfortable at all times, making sure we were satisfied and happy. He recommended us great restaurants and spots, helping us with daily tour guides and helping to make long rides from cities to cities comfortable and cozy. He helped us make this trip memorable. We will for sure come back to India to experience more, taste more and see more.

After we made our reservation, I wanted to read tripadvisor comments for drivers and realised that driver Ali was mentioned in most of the comments. So, I requested Amir to arrange Ali as a driver according to his availability. Ali was our driver during our tour and we were very happy to meet with him not only as a driver but also as a person. He is very kind and thoughtful and always does his best for his customers. He always checked if we need anything and we were always on time wherever we go. We could do everything in our list because of him. He always drove safely in everywhere. I want to thank him one more time. Our dreams were come true by his help and we left India as very happy travelers. If we visit India in the future, we will request him as a driver again without any doubt

Pre-trip planning - on-time, responsive, flexible, and friendly email communications
Arrival - nice to see our name on placard when leaving airport secure area!
Driver - we had an AC Innova for three of us (two adults and one teen daughter) - cautious, friendly driver, Mr. Giri. Thank you!
Delhi tour - great sites, tour guide Meena. She explained what we were about to see and then sat down and let us explore on our own...
Jaipur - amazing fort! elephant ride (yes, I know controversial, but that's the expectation to do the ride). Tour guide, Anurag, was quite knowledgable, friendly, our advocate against hawkers (we appreciated that!) and explained as we saw. He was great, giving us ideas of how much things should cost. I would recommend him.
Inevitable craft shops (where we did end up buying some things).
Agra - Taj Mahal was absolutely beautfiul! Tour guide, Faizan, was very knowledgable, friendly, outgoing, and timely. He even gave my teen daughter some great iphone ideas with some fantastic resulting photos. I would recommend him. And of course, the craft shops, but I appreciated the rug shop, for the ancient hand-made rug technique.

Armaan was an awesome guide. He showed me around the Taj Mahal while giving good insight and taking neat photos. We later went to the Agra Fort where he rendered the same courtesy. The guide gave me good tips and the introduced me to a professional photographer while at the Taj Mahal where I got good quality photos. Highly recommend.

Being in India in June is like being in a crock-pot: constant and simmering heat (feeling sticky, sweaty and overheated is just the everyday status quo).
Nevertheless, Taj Adventure World made everything smoother for us.We highly recommend.
Amir: our point of contact; he was ALWAYS fast to respond and easy to contact. I don't have any doubt that he would solve any problem with anyone as quickly and efficiently as he dealt with our minor issues.
Mohan: our driver and truly a good, gentle person.We are thankful and feel lucky that we were assigned such a great driver. Friendly, helpful, solicitous. He is a hard worker and does his best every single day. Also: his vehicle was spacious, well-kept, had WiFi and AC.
Tour guide in Delhi: Unremarkable. He was knowledgeable enough and answered all our questions, but he was also visibly trying to spare himself and stay out of the sun (and nearer to the exit) while we did our tours inside the monuments and points of interest.
Deepak (guide in Agra): He was great. Attentive, personable, dynamic. He created a great atmosphere and we enjoyed even more the pleasant Taj Mahal tour because of his special guidance and the interesting conversations we had. He was truly 5 stars.
Tour guide #1 in Jaipur: Just an overall abrupt and rude person. Answered his loud phone about 5 times during our short tour and made some tactless comments also. throughout it. We called Amir and asked for a different guide to accompany us the following day.
Tour guide #2 in Jaipur (I think his name was Sheevah): He was exceptional. Very dynamic, had profound knowledge of the topics he was talking about, gave us lessons on astronomy at Jantar Mangar, spoke of Indian heritage and history at the City Palace and contemplated other topics like Ayurveda, Religion and Culture on a long conversation we had under a shaded tree in the palace. He certainly spent more time and effort with us than the average guide would have. Genuinely a great experience.

We are visiting from Australia, from start to finish this tour was very well organised. Our driver made us feel completely safe in this crazy indian traffic, the hotels booked by the tour company were more then excellent and the tour guides who meet you in each city are extremely knowledgeable and will take you anywhere you wish to see. I was very impressed with how the tour guide in Agra got us into the Taj Mahal in 2 mins, while other ppl had to wait hours! And also in Jaipur the freindly guide helped us best pricing everywhere we went. Highly recommended tour with these guys!
