Tour guide Mr Bhupendra was awesome, cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful.
He guided us through Taj Mahal. I must compliment his photography also as the pics taken by him will always cherish our memories.

We had a tour to Mathura from Agra. Booked the car with travel desk of Hotel. We got a very good driver Sonu with a neat and clean taxi. Haslefree Driving, knowledge of every spot Thanks to Raj tours and travels.

Overall, Taj Mahal was our focus attraction and filled up our expectations. Plan ahead a good time in spring or autumn as smoke can be present during the winter time. It was not crowded and some of the temples will require to take your shoes off or cover them. Traffic is crazy dangerous, but our driver knew how to handle it without horning too much.
From an early morning an extremely serviceable driver Ali took us in a very clean and luxury car towards Agra, which trip was about 3hrs, Ali complimented the trip with tea Masala, tipical and delicious from India. We loved his service and the way that he approached us and looked after us, We recommend him 100%, one of the best drivers in India over a very difficult traffic.
On the other hand, our tour guider Naveen who was friendly and helped us through the trip just in order to keep us safe in Agra, he directed us through the attractions, however, english accent must be improved as well as friendliness. The story of Taj Mahal was good, but it needed a bit more research and make it more interesting, we thank Naveen for taking pictures of us and giving us the time without rush, but we felt thatbwe could not ask many questions as communication was difficult to hold. Please avoid to overask about this review during lunch time.
Be aware that during the trip everyone will be nice and willing to get tips, so carry extra rupees for the excellent ones.
Lunch was provided in beautiful standard restaurant, clean and good service. If you get to see the Moghul Art, the guys have such an extraordinary talent to create wonders and they are very friendly.

Had a great time travelling with Raj Travels and Tours for 11 days in India on their 'Golden Circle and Royal Rajasthan' tour. Clear communication at booking and was warmly received at the airport. Had a fantastic driver, Lovekesh, for the duration of the trip who drove expertly and was good company as well. The standard of guides at each location was excellent and enhanced my travel experience. The only negative point that I have is the number of visits to handicraft and artisan workshops - this happened in every city! While I appreciate that this is a good way to understand local products and techniques, the pressure on the traveller to have to buy something is enormous and sometimes uncomfortable and is something that could be cut from the itinerary. That being said, still has the most amazing time, India is such an incredible country to visit and I'll be back for sure. Would happily travel with Raj tours again.
