很好的司机和导游，为我们的路途安排的妥妥的，人很好，一早就去泰姬陵看日出，避开了高峰，很美丽。去阿格拉可以找他们哦。

一个上午就完成了泰姬陵和红堡的行程，我本来通宵飞机有点困，正合适我。效率很高讲得也不错，如果不带去看啥工厂就完美了

Two of us delighted in a hypnotizing and vital roadtrip to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort from Delhi via vehicle. Our driver Mehar was benevolent, obliging, and proficient. He showed up exactly on schedule to get us from the lodging. He permitted us to take as much time as necessary at each visit point. We not even once felt surged or constrained, despite the fact that the day ran several hours longer than foreseen. We relished each experience.
Our local area expert Farman offered us the VIP experience. His recorded information was broad, clear, and enamoring. He had a story to tell consistently, and consistently a solution to our inquiry. He was open and equipped for changing from English to French when we required. Farman was insightful to our normal movement, never rushing us along however rather insisting this was a once in a blue moon insight!
We visited the Handicraft Store in Agra to get a more intensive gander at marble cutting and gemstone trim, which reflects crafted by the Taj Mahal. We were welcomed with kind help, chai tea, and an individual visit the showroom. It was extraordinary to have a nearby perspective on the craftsmen at work. Such perplexing and staggering hand made manifestations. We brought home a marble elephant with delightful Himalayan turquoise.
Our lunch was served at Agra's Marriot lodging, where we withdrew from the warmth in a peaceful 5 star climate. We had first class administration and an astounding exhibit of nourishments arranged before us at the smorgasbord. Mohd, the supervisor of Pioneer Holidays, met us during lunch to check in with our experience.
The day was one we will always remember. We were dealt with like King and Queen. Much obliged to you to all the individuals who gave their energy and administration in making this experience a brilliant one!

Riyad drove us from Jaipur to Agra yesterday stopping along the way at several monument sites, step well, forts and temples. He was a very good driver, explaining about things along the way. He also drove us around Agra site seeing the next day with a tour guide to teach us all about each place. They both were very friendly and spoke English.

We were family of 4adult + 1 child on vacation to Golden Triangle. I chose Usmani Taj Tours based on Tripadvisor reviews and I am glad that I chose this company. We hired two Innova cars for 6 days/5 nights Delhi-Agra-Jaipur tour. Cars was in excellent condition and had very comfortable ride. Our driver, Ashok was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was riding in the car and he was cracking jokes all throughout the journey and kept us laughing all the time. They never hassle you for things like parking money, toll charges etc. You just sit and relax and they take care of everything, Even loading/unloading bags at hotels (we had 6+ bags) was done so swiftly by them that we did not even realize any pain.
Ashok is aware of the area in details and properly suggested us where we should hire a guide and where we should not. He even arranged for guides and "auto rickshaw" rides wherever required (mostly at Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri).
When we arrived at Delhi airport Siraj personally came to greet us. On the last day, he even asked me suggestions so that they can improve their service further .But, I really did not have much to say because I was totally satisfied; nothing to complain.
At times, because of our schedule Ashok had to eat dinner very late in the night, yet I did not find any expression of complaint/frustration on his face. He was always polite and happy to assist us.
Overall, I highly recommend this tour service. In fact, I have plan to travel to Leh/Ladakh sometime in future and I will certainly use this tour service without a second thought.
