I have taken many of Neha's cooking classes since 2020 but this was the first time that I've taken her class with friends and WOW! I loved being able to work in small groups on the menu that was decided on ahead of time. One of the things that is so meaningful when taking one of Neha's classes is that it is personal. She is an excellent teacher in explaining the evolution and history of spices and dishes that are used or being prepared. She takes the food prep and class to a personal level answering questions, telling her personal family stories about life in India, but also highlighting regional differences in cuisine. She also just makes class fun. It isn't easy managing a group of fun-loving friends but Neha does it beautifully. She made this class a special event that created a memory that will last a lifetime. Thank you Neha!

Yesterday, I had a superb cooking class with Neha at Saffron Palate!
Neha shared all her knowledge with us in the group and we made three dishes and baked our nan bread.
For me personally, I appreciated that it is a very hands on experience, but Neha is there to help if anything goes wrong. The class also gave very good insight into the different spices you use in Indian cooking! It is also in a private setting which made for a very relaxed and enjoyable evening.
I can warmly recommend Neha’s experiences to anybody who is interested in learning more about Indian cooking.

We had an amazing experience with Neha creating an authentic Indian meal. She did a great job of explaining all the different spices and other ingredients then walking us through each step for the meals. So fun and informative. I highly recommend!

Neha is a very friendly person and an excellent teacher. During the class I cooked three dishes and made two different types of bread. Everything was very delicious and I learned a lot about the different spices and when to use them.

The entire experience was as good as it could be! Neha is kind and gentle and most considerate about all issues including the recipes I wanted instead of just telling me what she was going to do ! I felt included in the entire experience!!!!!
Subsequently I have used her cook book to make several of my newly learned recipes for guests! All were delighted and wanted to try them themselves!
I can’t say thank you enough to Neha!

We had an incredible experience while in Delhi participating in Saffron Plate's amazing class. The food was exceptional, and the company was even better. The team at Saffron Plate perfectly establishes a balance between quality service and professionalism while maintaining a comfortable, home-away-from-home-like environment. We were only in Delhi for a brief period, and they were able to accommodate our limited timeframe, even opening up for us on a Sunday morning! I must emphatically recommend you include this as a part of your Delhi experience.

Neha was super flexible and accommodated all our wishes. We only had time for a class on Sunday so she agreed to host a private session for us then.
As the four of us had two separate cooking stations, we were able to cook with different spice levels, which was great.
All ingredients and the cooking process were explained thoroughly, so we learned a lot.
But most importantly, Neha was very nice and funny and we all had a great time cooking (and eating :) ).
Would definitely recommend!

Had the most amazing time learning about spices and their part in indian cookery. Was good to be involved in the prep for each dish.
Neha really takes her time to explain each step and why we're doing what we're doing.
The dishes that we managed to come up with were delicious.Neha also gives you a great insight into day to day life in Delhi and explained some things which had been puzzling us.
I'd thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting Delhi.
