Had a great time shopping in Delhi with Shehla. Enjoyed seeing all the sights of the market and purchased some lovely items as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent whizz around Delhi with Shehla was so much fun. She took all the hassle and stress out of shopping in Delhi. I had fabrics made into beautiful garments delivered to hotel same day. Amazing !
We enjoyed street food together and laughed. A delightful 4 hrs. Would definitely do this again 🇮🇳❤️🙏

I booked this tour as a solo female traveler from the U.S. It was my first time in India and in the continent of Asia. I'm actually not a big shopper and didn't have anything specific in mind. Really what I wanted was the experience - and the comfort of having a female guide to feel safe, be able to communicate, and avoid scammers, pickpockets, etc.
Our tour includes lots of textiles (with 100% natural fabrics at reasonable prices - hard to come by these days!), rugs, jewelry, and street food tastings. (I am not an especially adventurous eater so I'm proud of myself for trying new things with Shehla's encouragement!) There was a specific tea I was looking for that my brother asked me to find, and Shehla brought me right to it. I tried on a saree, and I totally would have purchased one - if only I had an Indian wedding or special event to wear it to! LOL. (Related note- Shehla told me there is actually a website where you can sign up to be a guest at an Indian wedding - wow - what a fantastic business idea! LOL!)
*Note that as a foreigner, everywhere I went I was *heavily* pressured/hounded to buy stuff. Shehla helped me in telling people who were a little too aggressive to back off...
I appreciated Shehla's confidence in haggling and communicating directly with the sellers. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing. There is no way I could have navigated Chandni Chowk without her, and I never would have been brave enough to go on a tuk tuk if not with her!
Shout out to my driver as well - seamless and comfortable navigation plus added history lessons!
And the best part: Shehla took TONS of fantastic pictures of me so I have the whole thing documented! For those who travel alone - you know how priceless this is! 😊

We had a very pleasant shopping day. We felt in very secure environment with families. The choices of shopping sites were very pertinent and of high quality. The driving is safe and the car is very clean. The service was very professional. I will recommend this team for all my friends.

In March 2024 I had the pleasure of booking this private shopping experience in Delhi with Miss Shehla! About a week or two before my trip to Delhi, India when I booked this, she reached out to ask me what things were on my shopping wishlist. I was so grateful for this. It was thoughtful, so that day of, she knew ahead of time exactly what I was looking for so we could maximize our shopping time.
I already had a list in mind & I sent it over to her. This list included sarees, juttis or shoes, art of a variety of mediums, spices, teas, scarves & jewelry.
With Shehla’s expert help we found everything on my wishlist & more!
Our total time together was about 6-7 hours & it was so much fun!! And it was only that long because I called it quits because I was too tired from a fun but long day of shopping hahaha!
I was picked up from my hotel in a private car, with Shehla & also a private driver.
Our first stop was at a business with multiple stories to their building with all kinds of textiles, art, goods & wares. It was here I bought the bulk of my treasures.
From there we took a rickshaw into the Chandni Chowk district & it was a delight of the senses!! Shehla introduced me to a variety of delicious & safe street foods! Kachori, kulfi ice cream, jalebis, & samosas!! It was so much fun to shop with my friend, visit with & learn from each other & try & experience so many new things!
This private shopping day with Shehla was one of the great highlights of my two weeks in India. I will cherish this day & my experience with her forever! I can’t recommend booking this experience enough! Shehla is wonderful!

I was on a trip to India and needed to do some wedding shopping but was kind of lost.
I booked the shopping trip with Shehla and could'nt be happier with my decision.
I texted and talked to her prior to the trip and gave her an idea of what my shopping needs were and sent her some pictures of things i wanted to buy.
Shehla and Sahil picked me up promptly from the hotel at 10.00 AM . They were both very friendly and professional and we had great conversation on the way.
We went to Chandni Chowk and she took me to shops I did not even notice but had the best collection. I bought several outfits for myself and my daughters. We visited several other stores and bought a bunch of trinkets / costume jewellary and other miscellaneous items.
Shehla is very familiar with the area and knew exactly where to take me . I had an evening flight and was rushed but was amazed at the amount of shopping I did in a short period of time.
I would highly recommend her if are not familiar with Delhi and want an authentic shopping experience .

Right from the start following my booking, Shehla was great about communicating in advance to learn more about what we wanted to see in our tour. My husband and I were in India to attend a wedding the following week and needed outfitting. Shehla knew exactly where to take us and gave us pointers. She had a great eye and caught onto what my personal style was very quickly. My husband was even able to get several custom tailored suits made and matching shoes! We loved the tour through Chandi Chowk as well along with the rickshaw rides. I was able to pick up jewelry (real and costume), a purse, and spices in the market. She also made sure we tried some fun street food and saw some other sights in Delhi like an old step well and a Sikh temple. Our driver (sorry I have forgotten his name) was wonderful as well and a huge wealth of historical information. If you’re thinking about this tour- just book it now, you won’t regret it!

Excellent communication prior to actual shopping experience. Shehla customized the places we’d visit based on what I was looking for, I had sent some photos ahead of time as to what my style preferences were. I was able to find what I was looking for. The driver was courteous. Vehicle clean and cool.

Lovely experience with shopping in old Delhi. Shehla have good knowledge in shopping as per your requirements and can find anything you looking for from jewelry to trying local food. Great tour and love it 🥰

The shopping tour of Delhi was such a great “recovery day” activity! My colleague and I went to stay busy and get over our jet lag with the half-day option. This allowed us to sleep in and have breakfast before exploring Delhi. Shehla was in touch almost immediately after I booked to understand what I was looking for, and she tailored the experience to that. We went to two clothing stores. My colleague ordered a customized dress, which was made and delivered to our hotel by 10am same day. I really loved our time in Chandini Chawk, and thanks to Shehla, I can actually say it correctly now. There is no way we would have been able to navigate this area without a guide. Even on a Wednesday afternoon, it was hectic and crowded. Shehla guided us down alleyways to lovely jewelry shops that make their own designs. You know quality when you see it, and I was able to nicely expand my collection with both plain silver items, as well as some sapphires. Both these shops and the clothing stores took credit cards, which was very helpful for larger purchases. There were a lot of low cost items available in the market. $2-3 skirts, wedding items, beautiful stationary, spices, a little of everything. RK was a great driver. He managed the Delhi traffic, keeping us safe. I never was concerned with safety, which is really saying something for traveling on the roads of Delhi! Both RK and Shehla scattered in history and cultural knowledge, but also gave us down time, which was nice with all the hustle bustle of Delhi. This would be a great tour for individual or groups of women. Seriously, it would not be safe to go to the market alone. We felt very confident with Shehla at all times. Thanks for a great experience. I will definitely book again if I find myself with time in Delhi, so I can explore even more of Old Delhi!

Yes it’s possible but it depends on where you want to go in proximity to the airport. We found the traffic in Delhi horrendous so that definitely needs to be taken into account. I would ask the tour guide before hand as they know the conditions. We dud our shopping tour in 4 to 5 hours!
