Dear Prodyut Shill, request you to please note that the tour was not a guided one. We still sent our representative just to facilitate your entry and exit at the Zoo and the fort. Maybe your companion, Ms. Jhuma was from Bangladesh so you might have expected a "Sunderbans" Delta kind of forest, right in the middle of a mega city of Delhi. However please understand that a small city Zoo is not a wildlife sanctuary where one can expect a large safari with a naturalist guide and then he could only explain you about the concrete and brick structures around. We went out of the way to comfort you but you didn't think even once before spoiling our reputation and hardwork.....it is very unfortunate and too harsh .....it takes years to build reputation but very easy for someone to just type few harsh words from the comfort of his home and destroy others hardwork.
