We booked a 9 day trip with a driver to the Golden triangle, Rathambore, Vrindavin and Varanassi with Ajay. . Our driver was excellent. All of the tour guides were wondeful and knowledgeable, accomodating and professional. Ajay was a pleasure as a tour guide and the bonus is he isluke a professional photographer!
I would give a 3.5 star. I think Ajay is a good guy and tour guide but I do think he made some mistakes with planning our trip. I am accustomed to traveling in Asia and 3rd world countries so I understood the quality of the hotels is different in India. However, Ajay put us in 2 very very bad, filthy hotels that really were not acceptable. He did move us from one. The thujgbthst was most difficult, is Ajay booked us on the lowest class beds on am overnight train which which was not ok. He should have spent the extra 10.00 to put us in another train or jn a higher class. It really wasn't right. Furthermore, when we got off the train...with very little sleep and no usable restrooms at 5am, he had no room booked for us to go rest, use the washroom, clean up or gave breakfast. This was not fun and very challenging. We got really run down from this and I already had delhi belly and then my daughter got sick the next day for thr remainder of our trip. It was a bit grueling. Then the tour stated a boat was included on the Ganges in Varanassi and he tried to tell us we had to pay extra for it. He had not arranged a boat so we needed up in a boat that literally had no floor boards and was holding old water with an extra amount of Mosquitos. It just wasn't right. It felt like he was scripting to make more money and I estimated that I had already overpaid for the trip based on what I saw everything cost. It makes me sad to write thusbebvuae I think Akay is a nice man and a good tour guide but he cut.many corners on planning our trip and it appears this was iin order to maximize his profit. There were a few other things as well that were not ok...like they took us to an elephant place and we paid extra when we should.not have. In the end, I like Ajay but he did not spend time planning our trip to the standard it should have been which was already a low standard. I think he should have refunded us for the morning we had bkt where to go when it was still dark after the train. I feel we overpaid greatly. I think Ajay is excellent t for the tour of Jaipur and the driver was great. However, I would be very careful having him plan a multiple city tour like ours. I am disappointed because I do want to go back to India sometime and now I might have to find a new tour person.

Namaste Amy, thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to organize this wonderful tour experience for you from India.
As we mentioned even earlier too, the hotel you choose were Three Star and in India Three Star hotel is not so great but still you said to book only Three Star hotel for you.
Also for the Train we have sent you all the details before two weeks of your journey but you never said to change or upgrade it.
We are still apologize what happened and we will be very careful next time.

Had a wonderful trip to Agra with my wife. I have used the services from Travel India Planet earlier too. The day trip for Agra we had was excellent, very polite and helpful driver, clean car and great recommendation for lunch. I am very pleased to share my experience with everyone that if you want a great experience in India during your journey, you can contact them for sure.
