I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kolkata. You can tailor a tour to your liking with the help of your guide who will have a few suggestions for you. Rajarshi was a wonderful guide, I got so much interesting facts and information from him, and he was super helpful in any question I had.

The tour operator was very helpfull. We made the booking with one day before the trip and becuse of this the sunset cruise trip was sold out. They made some proposals for an avaible hour for the cruise, based on that the guide adapted the tour for us. We had a well prepared guide with good knowledge. On a short time we learned a lot about Kolkata.

It was a wonderful experience. Every thing was so smooth, so personalized. Our guide, an educated knowledgeable guy with a pleasant personality, like him so much, Rajeshor, Sorry ir i misspelled the name. I wish him a very success in every aspect of life. The car driver is also helpful.
It was a exceptional experience. I advise everyone who visit Kolkata please experience the city tour.

Rajarshi took the time to discuss with us in advance what we would see, spared no efforts making sure we were safe, and gave us information at the rythm we could absorve. His wide knowledge of the different religions was unbelievable and he presented it in a way we could see the comparisons and contrasts. We were shown places that we would never been able to find without his guidance, and shown both historical and current details of Kolkata. Addicionally the boat tour was a perfect way to end the tour, with some more cultural views while slowly calming down with drinks and food along the way. We greatly recommend this tour.

I have family in Kolkata and have visited over a dozen times. I was looking for an efficient and comfortable way to visit certain sites with my son. This worked out great. I told our guide exactly what I wanted to see. We ended the am tour a little early to avoid the hot mid afternoon sun, and picked up again at 330 for the evening cruise to Belur Math - and at this time of year I would definitely recommend an evening cruise when the weather is cooler. The service on the boat was excellent. They serviced cold drinks, tea, coffee, lots of appetizer style snacks, and there is a bathroom on the boat aswell.
Raj was a knowledgeable guide. The car was comfortable. I paid upfront through trip advisor and everything was taken care of - no surprise extra charges. A great value! Jain temple and Belur Math are must sees.

Starting with a pick-up from my hotel, I had a wonderful day with my guide, Rajarshi. He was very well-informed and brought the city of Kolkata to life for me. The fact that we had a private driver meant that we could visit a number of attractions that I would have found difficult to reach on my own. Rajarshi was the ideal person to take me round the city as he was incredibly flexible and adapted the tour according to my interests. Among the many highlights was the visit to the Pareshnath Jain Temple, a walk through the bustling and colourful flower market and the evening boat ride along the Hooghly River visiting the riverbank temple. We had lunch in a restaurant selling traditional Bengali cuisine and Rajarshi introduced me to some delicious dishes which I’d never tasted before (but if this food isn’t to your liking, he would be happy to take you to somewhere where you can get a burger or a sandwich etc). This trip is fantastic value for money and is especially good if you only have a short time in Kolkata and want to see as much as you can. Highly recommended and enjoyable.
