We had a great tour experience of full day visit with Lynn whom took care of us and also all the trip details。 Lots of information and Chinese history to have a full picture of the place and singularities. Hightly recommended!!

Lynn is a great and very personable tour guide. It feels more visiting some sights with someone you know than with a guide. I really recommend her and the tour. It is great to see west lake and the faxi temple, truly beautiful.

This was a well spent day in Shanghai and full of fun thanks to our young enthusiastic guide Melissa. Melissa was at the hotel early in hopes of getting an earlier start as it would be busy with the National Holiday in full swing. She gets us to the train station and before we know it have out tickets in hand. My husband is super excited to be traveling 300 km/h on land and Melissa does a good job of dealing with him (like a small child). We enjoyed our train ride and off we go to Hangzhou - it is really beautiful, West Lake boat ride was lovely, but the streets and pathways are very crowded and Melissa watches time so that we have time for each site. We have a wonderful lunch at one of Melissa's favorite restaurants, then off to the next stop. A very nice Temple, the Faxi Temple - one of my favorites because it was a working temple and had a calm quiet vibe. We learn from Melissa that the temple allows visitors to stay which is pretty cool. Best thing - no large tour groups!! Then on we go to the Longjing tea plantation. Such beautiful country sides and interesting to see the farmer's community. Drank some tea, took some pictures and enjoyed the view. Off to a different train station and back to Shanghai. Well done Melissa - we really enjoyed your company and you are a great guide.

Cindy from Shanghai Advisor was Great. Everything was on time and as described. We were picked up form our hotel and driven to the train station. We were met at the train station by another english speaking guide and had a very comfortable van for the day. We enjoyed the boat on West Lake, the Faxi Temple, lunch at the farmers house and the Longjing Tea gardens. People at the gardens were very knowledgeable we loved the tea!

For our tour we were picked up at 8 am and we’re back to the hotel around 6:30pm
