We had a great day visiting Zhijiajiao water town, Yu Garden, a nice Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) lunch, and a stroll through the French Concession. Our tour guide, Apple, met us in the lobby of our hotel and had a van waiting outside with a car seat for our 2 year old. We visited Shanghai in January and the day we choose for our tour was the coldest of the year. The driver thoughtfully provided blankets that we could take with us if needed but having the heated van as a mobile base made a huge difference.
Apple obviously loves her city and was excited to show us all there was to see at every stop. The fact that we visited in January, and tight pandemic-related travel restrictions, meant that there were no crowds anywhere. This allowed us to take our time and get some great photos and detailed explanations from Apple, without having to wait in any lines. We attempted the full-day tour with a toddler who had to miss his nap and venture out in the cold, with a limited understanding of why he had to keep his gloves on. At times it was a struggle but Apple was great at coordinating the trip so that we could try and get him a short nap or two in the warm van, and she was flexible in our need to alter the itinerary with stops in tea houses to warm little hands.
I fun tour that only scratched the surface of shanghai but allowed us to better understand what we did see in much much greater detail.

We had a wonderful full day visiting Suzhou and Zhouzhuang with Celine! It was raining, which scared off a lot of visitors and allowed us to have many of the sites to ourselves. We visited Tiger Hill Pagoda, the City Wall and it’s many gardens and the Silk Museum. In ZhouZhuang we visited the #1 Watertown and enjoyed it’s beautiful alleys and a gondola ride. This is our third tour booked through Jenny and she has done another great job in helping us create some great memories with our boys (10 and 12 years old). Thank you!

My two children and I were in Shanghai for a couple days to primarily go to Disneyland. We had only one full day to see the rest of Shanghai. We booked a driver and a guide for the whole day to do whatever we wanted. It was amazing. Our guide was Apple. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. We gave her a list of all the things we wanted to do and we saw all of them plus other things she suggested. There is no way we would have been able to do all we did without Apple and our driver. I can't imagine seeing the city any other way.
We feel very blessed to have seen Shanghai when we did. Days after we left, they closed down Disneyland due to the coronavirus and then basically China. We hope everyone we met are safe and healthy :)

Our guide, Alice, is truly exceptional. Her and our driver, Mr. Wong, went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our time in Shanghai. Alice was very knowledge, friendly, and has a great sense of humor! We also had a few last-minute requests on the tour (i.e. stopping by the jumbo Starbucks Reserve) and she was very flexible and accommodating. Alice also knows her history and facts very well with the places we visited too.
The dumpling lunch was also INCREDIBLE, it'll be very hard for me to find a place that matches the taste/flavor of the xiao long bao at Jia Jia Tang Bao.
There were several areas we stopped at along the tour and ended in The Bund. Alice was also a very talented cell-phone photographer! She was always willing to take our photos in front of amazing backgrounds and great angles - we were very impressed and appreciative of her great skills!
This tour was probably our favorite of the eight Trip Advisor adventures we had on the Hong Kong and Shanghai vacation. And again, we were so appreciative of Alice and Mr. Wong, when the tour ended it was rather bittersweet. If we end up coming back to Shanghai, we would love to do another tour with this company.
Lastly - the owner Jenny was also very helpful leading up to our trip and messaged us beforehand to welcome and provide important information. Thank you Jenny!

Jenny's Shanghai Tours helped us to have four amazing days touring Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. Jenny's tours immersed us in the history, culture and daily life of the area. The experiences we had in Shanghai will provide memories to last a lifetime. Jenny was extremely helpful in planning our visit. Our tour guides Apple and Celine were knowledgeable, personable, and fun to tour with! We spent 2 awesome days in Shanghai with Christina. She was an excellent tour guide and was so patient with our 3 kids (ages 11, 14, 17). She was flexible and adapted the day as we went along (the weather was foggy when we were first at Shanghai Tower - she arranged it so we could go back in the evening and we had a great view from the observation deck). We loved the acrobat show! Christina took us to a great restaurant that we wouldn't have found on our own. The private driver was so convenient and made our tour so easy. I highly recommend Christina and Jenny's Tours.

Had originally decided to tour Shanghai on own and then opted to book a couple of different options with the above. Jenny was more than happy to customise the tours to our preferences and provided a very knowledgeable guide and a driver for the duration of the tours. The guide also managed to fit in some extras as well and we definitely saw more by using this service. Cant recommend them enough

Jenny's tour was a perfect way for us to get to know Shanghai. Alice picked us up at our hotel in a large van,m enough room for the 6 of us. We toured through local attractions in the French Concession, Old Shanghai and walked parks, streets and neighborhoods to get a true feeling of the city. Alice was very knowledgeable and friendly, we all thought that it was if we had known her for years as it was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this tour (Group ages 77, 74, 46, 46, 16, 13)

My husband and I were in our trip from Germany to Australia on a 12 hour layover in Shanghai and went on an amazing Shanghai Tour with Peggy. Pickup and get Back to the airport is available for an extra fee. On request, you can also Pay that extra fee in Euro. We got the 24 hour visum for china without a problem, but you really need to Show them your check in for your next flight. we were told by other travellers they had problems to get it.
Peggy was nice and really knows her City - and she took a lot of pictures of us for us. I recommend 100%!

Jenny's tours were just perfect for our 12 hour stopover in Shanghai. We are a family of 5 with children aged 6, 8 & 10 and Ariel and Mr Wong took care of us beautifully - picking us up from the airport and transporting us in great comfort around for the day and returning us back to the airport. We were pretty tired from travelling but we were so well looked after. Ariel was such great company and had a lot of knowledge to share with us really adding to the experience. We'd highly recommend Jenny's tours. We also want to mention how great Jenny was at responding to all my queries before we arrived and while I was booking the tour - fabulous!

Jenny is very accommodating. You just need to be clear on which airport , your arrival time and flight number.
You will be given your guides name several days before you are due to arrive.
