After more than 24 hours of traveling it was a delight to be meet by Kelly (Ping Ping) on our first day in Shanghai. Kelly is warm, funny, has excellent knowledge of Shanghai & made sure the tour was tailored to our needs. We visited The Bund, the gorgeous Yu Garden where we also had an amazing traditional Chinese lunch planned by Kelly. Our lunch went a little overtime, but Kelly was patient with us and willing to work overtime to make sure we see everything we planned, thank you Kelly! The VW tour was great, they prepared a presentation for us and a tour around the factory - it’s always humbling to see just how much work is put into some of the things we are so use to, we take for granted. If you’re visiting Shanghai, you don’t want to miss this tour!

Loved it. Kelly was great, she customized the the tour for our needs. The VW tour was interesting. We followed it with a tour to the auto museum. Highly recommended.

there is a 9 month old baby with us and an 8 year old child .. should i buy tickets for them as well.. It says adult travelers 0-66. but they aren't adults. im confused. Please help
