We were to arrive in Shanghai and needed a trnasfer to the cruise terminal. I contacted Sofia who quickly responded and efficiently detailed the service Mr Orange could supply.
We found all the details were suppied and payment made easy. We did not have to worry about our transfer. Unfortunately the cruise was cancelled. I contacted Sofia and within the hour Mr Orange had refunded our payment and wished us well for a future visit. At a time when we were stressed we found it excellent to deal with a company which was efficient, courteous and gave us confidence. Thanks Mt Orange.

So impressed with the service offered by this company. We had to cancel our transfer in the end as we didn't make it to China but the refund procedure was so smooth and efficient.
