Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking as we are unable to take our cruise from Shanghai due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Both the original booking and the subsequent cancellation were handled very professionally. The refund was received the same day we requested it! Sophia was very helpful.

We managed to disembark from the Cruise Ship an hour earlier than our scheduled pick up arranged with Mr Orange. I texted my contact and was told, no problem, the driver would be there in 15 minutes!! A very nice young man arrived displaying our name on a board, then helped with our luggage to the waiting vehicle which was very close to the terminal. It was very clean and the trip went very smoothly to the airport. At the airport, he help unload our luggage. We were very, very impressed and thoroughly recommend this company, The young lady I dealt with (Sophia) was friendly and very efficient. By the end of our journey, I felt like a "friend".

Fantastic service from email enquiry response, booking, driver turning up promptly and drop off. It is nice that they have 2 hour window for pick up which decreases anxiety if immigration is delayed. Will definitely use them again.

Was very helpful when I was booking the transport. Was kind enough to answer my questions/ concerns. Email communications were good.
Unfortunately due to weather, was not able to do the cruise, and had to cancel. Would still book with them in the future.
Highly recommend.

We had a tight connection, and were unsure of the process timing for off-boarding from our cruise .... so we booked a car to make the connection
Our Driver (David Yang) was waiting and ready for us - he met us at the passenger exit and guided us to the car parking, and then drove us safely and smoothly to the airport
This was a great service and totally de-stressed the connection for us
Would recommend and use Mr Orange to anyone in need!!

Mr Orange did our transfer on 14th June 2018 , we were very happy with his service he had great communication and driver was on time . Van was perfect for the 4 adults and luggage we had.

driver was waiting for us even though it took an eternity for us to clear, and he was great.
got us to the airport in quick time and helped us with the bags and took us inside the terminal to the departure area. very friendly and helpful

Excellent service beforehand with booking, nothing was too much trouble. Our Driver was waiting as advised with sign on exit from cruise terminal. Vehicle was exceptionally clean and comfortable and driver was safe and helpful with information via mobile app to advise in English our expected arrival etc.

Mr Orange picked four of us up at Boashan Cruise Terminal and transferred us to the Pudong Airport. Although there was a small problem at pickup we were very happy with Mr Orange the driver was very nice the car was very new and also very clean. The price for four of us was very good. I would certainly recommend Mr Orange Transfers

Fantastic service. Driver was waiting and they messaged me to let me know he was waiting. Clean new car, very comfortable and with lovely air conditioning and a very smooth transfer from ship to airport. Company kept me informed step by step. Would highly recommend this service. The ship (Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas) had provided a shuttle to the airport (which actually worked out more expensive) and I know of at least 12 people who missed their flight due to the incompetence of the ship's disembarkation process which was absolute chaos!! Lovely to get through customs to see the driver with my name board waiting.

Hi, just how long did it take to disembark?! You have to wait for the Chinese police onboard but visa's not required if only in transit and are covered by the 144 hour visa free. Difficult to know what time to book pick up but you say they wait for you?!

We had priority disembarkation and took our own luggage off with us as it is alot quicker we were down in the waiting area within 30min. We had a booking with Mr Orange and had to wait for him to arrive. Everything worked out fine.

The Royal Caribbean process of disembarking was chaotic and extremely disorganised so allow plenty of time. Also the check in at the airport was also very long and disorganised so you will need to allow extra time for that also.
