Last minute tour and Roy and the Sunny team came through. Called at around 2pm to be picked up at 6 the same day and the whole thing was perfrctly planned Roy knee his history and I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Excellent experience! In Shanghai on business, we booked this for group of 4.
Sunny met us at hotel - promptly and with a smile.
We had a wonderful time - she is very knowledgeable about the city and speaks English fluently. We learned a lot.
Shanghai Tower - we had no wait to be zoomed up to floor 125. The exhibits leading to the elevators were really well done - similar to Burj Khalifa with comparisons to other towers around the world. Info about building construction, etc.
Dinner option - had a yummy dinner - family style before heading to river cruise.
Sunny's colleague, Roy, served as our escort for the cruise. For ladies - TIP - use the restroom at restaurant. One at dock - hole in the floor and no paper.
The cruise was beautiful and relaxing. You are seating in a VIP area at front of the boat - great sightlines. Shanghai at night was gorgeous and Roy was very informative about the buildings and story behind the history of the Bund and changes made to the waterfront to make it so nice.
Only regret I have is not seeing it all in daylight so I could compare to my pics of the buildings all lit up.

The Tour was great and funy, the guide Shely was super amable and considerate with us, the car was excellent, the dinner great chinesse food, the Shanghai tower a view fantastic and end the cruseir for the River was wantherfuld. We are very happy with the experience and recomend this tour a lot.

Kalvin was great. Spoke perfect English. He was born and raised in Shanghai and brings a personal touch to his stories as he explains the historical significance of each building along the Bund. You have to go at night to see the lights. Definite must for couples!

We had an amazing night with Annie our tour guide. Annie could not have been more accommodating, she really went out of her way to make our night special!

Great tour, I would say a must when in Shanghai. Our host Sunny and her company was very correct and easy to communicate with. Pick up exactly on time and all trip flowing smooth and without any stress.
Sunny herself was a really nice character. Very professional, friendly and full of knowledge. Great attitude and all patience for our strange questions about Shanghai and China. We got so satisfied with her service that we will not hesitate to use her kind service again.
Easily recommended!

Sunny, btw. a very trustworthy person, as our tour operator and Yu, our guide arranged a beautiful night tour. Every Yuan spent was worth while. Yu (in German spelling “ü“) was a very friendly and helpful guide, without him we would have never managed to find the right way in time. His German helped us to understand more of Chinese vs. German ways of thinking. We‘ve learnt that he‘s an English speaking guide as well!
The VIP option was perfect, especially for that busy busy Sunday! We were also guided around in the top of the tower. Seeing the big „damper“ was another highlight. We like taking pictures and videos and Yu helped us with everything. That‘s why we did not go for dinner on the boat. Chaqu‘un à son goût!
It may take some time for us to visit East Asia, i.e. China again, but in any case, we will always remind this delightful evening!
