This was a very good experience. Our tour guide, Wesler, was friendly, knowledgeable and generous. Here's an example of the quality of this business - when we signed up for the tour, we selected a meeting place that is no longer in business (Hotel Fortuna). I thought we may have to complain and ask for our money back when we could not locate the meeting point. No need! Wesler called us at the appointed hour, learned where we were and came to get us with Francisco, our driver. Bravo!

The guide Augustine made this tour tour excellent because of his knowledge of the volcano, fauna and flora and his friendliness. This was the best tour we (family of 4) had in Costa Rica.

Josef is a great guide and we saw so much wildlife! He was also very accommodating and compassionate when it came to my asthma flare up on the trail. Excellent tour and guide.

Josef was a wonderful and fun tour guide! Saw so much beautiful nature and learned a lot of history along the way. And the hot springs are TO DIE FOR!

Hicimos el tour por el volcán y las aguas termales con el guía Isaac, su compañero Yohan y el conductor Pedro. Majísimos y super dedicados. No pararon de buscar animales y gracias a ellos conseguimos ver hasta un oso perezo!! Recomendada experiencia y encantados de haberlo hecho con ellos!

Eli was a great tour guide! He was very patient and taught us a lot during our volcano and hot springs tour. Eddie was very friendly and a great driver! Would highly recommend.

Sergio was pretty awesome. For traveling solo this is def the way to go. Comfortable pace, no hassle entering the venues, transportation to and from made a completely hassle free day.

Everything was great! Our guide Sergio was awesome! He was on point & kept count of us making sure no one was left behind during the hike to and from the volcano base. He even brought us some home grown “mamon chino” from his backyard. Loved the touch. He was super informative and made sure to take his telescope to help us spot monkeys, toucans, falcons, etc. There was several meats and a veggie option to choose from for our lunch. I opted for grilled fish and it was an excellent choice. Which was great with the spicy chili our guide made for us to try. Lunch was great after a long hike. Afterwards our other guide whose name I don’t remember took us to the thermal river which was surprisingly warm and a little crowded but we Enjoyed our group toast before the thermals with the C.R. “Guaro”. The guide handed us a volcanic rock paste for our facial. Kept an eye on our things once of the bus as we got into the river. He explained everything well & made sure we got back on safe as it can be a little bit slippery. Everything was 👍👍. Our driver Wilbur or William was great also. He helped out filling our lunch ice tea. And allowed us to leave our things in the bus if we elected. The service was the best. All of the guides & Our driver was great. I would definitely tour with them again. Loved everything from start to finish. Thank you 🙏 so much and Pura Vida!!
