Driver assumed wrong hotel. Added 2 hours to the trip. We verified address with reservation and it is correct. No idea where the mixup was. The delay caused us to have to cancel an excursion.

First and foremost, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the mix-up in your destination. While we always verify reservation details, we acknowledge that certain hotels and locations share very similar names, which can occasionally lead to confusion despite our best efforts.
Please know that all our vehicles are actively monitored via GPS to ensure the most efficient routes. However, during the high season, increased traffic congestion can contribute to additional travel time, which may have compounded the delay you experienced. We truly regret that this affected your plans and led to the cancellation of your excursion.
As part of our private transportation service, we do offer a complimentary one-hour stop along the way for our guests' convenience, though we understand that any unforeseen delays can be frustrating. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to continue improving our service.

We took van to Lake Arenal, a boat across, and a long van ride from dock to Monteverde. 1st leg was short, boat was ok, saw a few birds and looked for cayman.
The 3rd leg was a look at rural Costa Rica. We basically traveled up the side of the mountain where visibility was limited due to clouds. Viktor, the driver, was excellent. He was telling us about “Molinos de viento”, which we didn’t understand- until from the mists directly in front of us a large towering windmill appeared. Evidently there were a whole string of them which we couldn’t see on the ridge.
The roads at times were “rustic” and we had to ford a stream, avoid a herd of cows, and zig-zag thru many holes.
Over all a neat experience with tremendous views when the clouds parted.

Daniel Quito’s was an awesome driver. We were family with 4 teen boys. He was very patient and went out of way to make sure we were comfortable. We stop by scenic spot and was more then willing to take pics of us. He went out of his way to show us a family of monkeys we would have missed. Don’t hesitate to request Daniel he will make sure your family enjoys the ride. Thank you Daniel

Danilo is the world-class driver we were lucky to meet in Costa Rica. He greeted us at SJO at scheduled time and helped us load luggages. He is driving with great caution so we didn’t get car sickness. He stopped a few times to show us the waterfalls, a taucan, and a few sloths. Very friendly guy! Highly recommended.

Daniel Quiros Is absolutely incredible! He is a safe driver and provides WiFi during the trip. He makes stops along the way for bathroom breaks and we stopped at this really cute place where he showed us parrots and fresh mangos off the trees! I would 100% recommend him for any of your traveling needs.
